This is an absolute joke of a company!! Do not buy from them. You think you’re getting a framed canvas that hangs on the wall and all you get is a rolled up, wrinkled piece of garbage.

Excellent customer service when a product was not the correct size.

Ordered for valentine day with the extra cost for fast shipping but ...not received.
Now we are the 19/02 I guess I will never get it anymore....

It's a scam. Fake customer service, fake products--it's all fraudulent. This from an actual living, breathing, defrauded human being.

Never received the item and didn’t reach out to refund or anything!

I ordered item 3 weeks ago and the item did not come. Do not advise to make an order from this website!

I am very disappointed. When I try to track my order the page can't be found. There is no ph # for customer service. When I started a chat they wanted a $5 fee that they claimed was refundable. Then they wanted my credit card information and wanted me to join something that I'm not interested in before they would connect me to someone that could help me with my order. I've had a few bad experiences from ordering things online but this is by far the worst. Pretty sure I can chalk this up as a loss.

Worst experience, they will take month to ship your order even after charging extra for the shipping and when you try to cancel the ordsr because it has not even shipped, they will refusw to cancel the order

Time stated I would receive product was incorrect and I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and valentine day is in 3day will not be here in time also I asked for a refund and they are charging me 5 dollars restock fee for their mess up

I ordered one piece. I send a message tobtell that there were an error on the shipping adress just in the seconde. No answer at the mail and the parcel is gone with rhe wrong adress...
