Excellent customer service. Quick responses to enquires. Only issue we had was with using the proper email address when first purchasing the app. I purchased this app for my father and had to have the subscription relinked to his phone and email. Probably my misreading of the info.

I had an issue with my wearsafe that I had for a few months. To be honest I am not even sure how many months I had it, but I reached out for some support. I received very fast feedback that unfortunately did not remedy the situation but I was sent a replacement. I received it incredibly fast even during the holiday season. I was so impressed by the customer service that I kept telling people at work about my experience. I mentioned numerous times to my colleagues that the only other company that I have ever had such great customer service from was Amazon. Keep it up!!!

I am a Realtor and thought this would be a great item to have when showing property, especially as a female and often go alone. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it in an emergency, but I did a test while I was with those I want to contact in case of an emergency and it worked! I will definitely recommend to fellow Realtors and others.

Light weight n easy to carry
Light weight n easy to carry, but one problem is hard for patients to press even if press 3 quick clicks or press n hold for once, it's hard to tell did you pressed or not? Other than that is good
Hard to find information and I was blamed
My wife's Wearsafe tab went unused for at least a few weeks after the battery died. Totally our faults but my wife and I were not good at remembering her tab when heading to the grocery store. After each trip we returned home to realize that we still needed to replace the battery.
Finally, one day at the store I remembered that we needed to replace the battery and didn't have the tab but pulled out my phone and started scouring the web for the battery size.
Quickly, I realized that it was harder to find than it should be. In addition, it was impossible to call directly to a customer service agent. I did use your website feature that requests a call back. That call came fairly quick (I was still at the store). The representative seemed slightly frustrated for two reasons. First, I didn't properly fill out the call request form (there wasn't a good way for me to do that with my problem - I did the best I could). Second, she said I could have found that information in the FAQs.
She got me the information I needed but I was left thinking that the whole issue should have never been an issue. Why doesn't a quick google search for Wearsafe battery or a search on your website using similar terms return an adequate answer?
I also attempted to download a users manual. But couldn't find one.
Anyway, just some thoughts. We ended up with the proper batteries.

Lost my Wearable - Not a lot of help.
I lost my wearsafe wearable and contacted customer service. A bit dismayed they couldn't really help me. I could see from the App that the device was in the area but I was on a bus going to the airport and I couldn't really search for it. It was attached to my purse and had been since I purchased it and never fell off - until I really needed it on a solo trip!
I felt there should be a way they could have unpaired it for me instead of me running through the airport trying to catch my flight while worried about where my device ended up. Of course the bus driver never found it and the bus company can't find it in it's lost and found so I am forced to purchase a new one.
More help would have been appreciated. I was terrified someone would set off the alarm and scare the heck out of my teenage daughter at college since we use it to keep track of each other in case of emergency. I was lucky that I was able to contact her before someone pushed the button! Other than that flaw I am satisfied with the their customer service and the product though if I do lose this wearable I won't replace and we'll stick with Life 360 which doesn't have a device and is less expensive.

Had a good experience with customer service staff.
Tag clip unsecure and suggestion to find lost tags
I like the concept of this device. However, I used the tag clip on my run the first time I got it and it flew off my waistband. I will use a lanyard attachment for my replacement. It was impossible to find the tag unless I sent an alert to my network that provided the location.
Future suggestion-It would be good to allow the main user to find a lost tag without using the alert.

I contacted Wearsafe to explore partnerships between our two companies and I received an immediate response. I will definitely become a Wearsafe consumer!
So far it is great but battery life is 0 stars.
So far it is great. Gave it a couple test runs and it was fine. The bad part is the battery life is ridiculous! Less than 2 weeks. Seriously needs to either have an on/off switch or to be rechargeable. I keep it clipped to my purse and put it in my pocket when I show a house. The app is great too but it defeats the purpose of having something discreet to push. I am not sorry I bought it.

I’m a pet sitter and this device makes me feel safer going into strangers homes.... I live in a rural area and dog walking can be pretty isolated so Wearsafe is an added safety feature.

No cell coverage no way to use it also not an emergency contact service. Needs the ability to contact emergency services

Do Not Buy
The product itself is quite cheap. When it first arrived, the battery compartment was broken. Once that was resolved, there was an issue with the battery dying very quickly. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it is an ongoing problem with the iPhone and the Wearsafe, and just to buy a new battery. An unacceptable solution. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Their customer service has been unhelpful as well.
