Wear My Baby Reviews 

After purchasing my carrier from Wear My Baby some time ago, I discovered it had an unusual manufacturing fault. I was able to reach out to my local Wear My Baby consultant who confirmed this for me and advised me to contact Wear My Baby to see if I could obtain a replacement. This carrier was out of stock on their website and very difficult to source but the Wear My Baby team absolutely bent over backwards to sort a replacement, contacting the manufacturer and ensuring one was found and posted out to me. They even organised the return of the faulty one to the manufacturer, arranging for the postman to collect from my home. Absolutely amazing experience and such friendly staff. I already loved Wear My Baby after several amazing experiences with our local consultant Tammy but the help and support they gave me with this just shows how much they truly care about ensuring you have the best babywearing experience. Thanks to them I now have a perfect working carrier again and have already been out and about carrying my son. Thank you so much WMB!

Our baby’s feet would turn purple when we wore her in her carrier and we contacted Wear My Baby on recommendation to ask for a consultation after friends, family, Google, and the carrier brand help section weren’t helpful. Rather than waste our time, they got in touch to advise that our carrier wasn’t recommended for forward-facing and recommended an alternative. We ordered the carrier and drool/teething bib right away and baby has been very happy. Loved the honest approach and helpfulness.

I ordered a babywearing hoodie (sold out on all the other websites I'd been on) and a pair of baby boots. I was so excited when my package arrived!
There was an issue with my order which was rectified so quickly and with kindness. Great service and would recommend.

I went with their letchworth consultant Tammy and she has gone above & beyond to help me find the perfect carrier! Shes been a wealth of knowledge and so patient with me as my baby had a hard start so its been difficult to find one that suits is both.
Top notch service and i will be ordering my carrier from them in due course!
