Quality and fit are mostly great
Quality and fit are mostly great. Have to deduct a star unfortunately given the zippers on the pants only last 3-6 months. I have 5 pairs now with broken zippers. For that price I would expect them to have better quality zippers. Otherwise, best scrubs I’ve ever owned.

I actually do love just about all of my FIGS scrubs, sweats, underscrubs, caps, jackets, sneakers, totes, etc. However, I have had an issue or two here & there w/ a zipper or snap - mind you I’ve spend THOUSANDS of dollars over the years at this point (I have more FIGS than anything else in my wardrobe - I’m a nurse, we work all the time) & FIGS is less than accommodating. This is why I’m giving a four star rating. I’ll never find the time to spend additional valuable time & money to repair a zipper or snap on brand new scrub pants I just overpaid $60 for & FIGS refuses to exchange, despite multiple appeals. At best, they may offer a $20 coupon. So I donated them! Someone else surely will. Godspeed. They do have fun styles & they’re comfortable. Customer service for overpriced scrubs though? Leaves a bit to be desired.

Everything was great till I tried on…
Everything was great till I tried on the "S/Tall" surgical green scrub bottoms. They don't fit like a tall. I have high waters and no other figs small tall pants has ever fit like a non tall pant on me. This is very disappointing because it is also final sale but I think this is a sizing error.

Quality has gone downhill
Quality has gone downhill. Bought a jacket during nurses week, only worn 4 times and already has lint balls coming out throughout the jacket. Have purchased many jackets throughout the years since the company first opened and this is the first jacket that has done this.

I have bought scrubs from them a few times. The product is nice and the shipping has been quick. I have never had any issues. I gave it a 4 instead of a five because the prices are a little higher than average.

In short, we purchase FIGS for our staff twice a year. It's expensive, but that price reflects the quality of the product. Their return policy is excellent.
