I was a lucky winner on My Vodafone rewards so claimed the freebie prize. I liked the protein bars alot though they were quite sugary too. Nice if you need a quick fill. The socks are very useful for my tennis.

Didn't receive the complete order. Packaging damaged on arrival. Would suggest it happened at the delivery hub. Yodel

I am really disappointed with this company. I placed a subscription order,they took my money but I noticed they have the incorrect address, I called several times leaving messages and emailed several times but they have not bothered to contact me to correct the error. I have had no choice but to cancel my subscription.

I was never that much of a fan of energy bars in the past because they usually taste terrible but I've tried a few different tribe bars now and honestly, every single one I've had has been delicious. The Apple & Raspberry, and Blueberry & Almond Butter flapjack ones are a particular fave.

As for delivery, two or three days after ordering and it's delivered. You can't complain with that

I’ve been having the tribe bars for a while now and usually have 1 after the gym. I’ve tried all the flavours but can’t decide which I like best so I have to keep ordering more. They’re always delivered quickly and I haven’t had any problems with anything.

Most awkward protein powder I’ve ever had - powder textured, never fully disolves

A bit disappointed by the marketing of Tribe bars in today’s Sunday Times. If I want to take up the offer of a ‘free’ trial pack of snack bars I’d have to pay £6 and pay for postage (unless I ordered another £29 worth of products. I admit it did look like a gift horse and I regret looking into it further. I support the ideals of Tribe, but I won’t be signing up any time soon.

First time trying these flapjacks and omg they are amazing, definitely going to be a regular purchase, highly recommend

I had an issue with a product, so contacted customer services. The operative I spoke to (Ella) was extremely apologetic and understanding. Replies were speedy and to the point.

I was offered a compensatory pack, which I thought would just be the same item I’d bought, but it was a very generous selection of products!

I feel assured that this was a one-time issue, and that the company really care about customer experience and quality.

It’s only in times like these that you get to see the real side of a business, and Tribe really shone through. Thank you for an easy, satisfying experience!
