I had a great experience as my parcel was lost but David was very quick and helpful. He sent out a replacement package immediately and helped me pick out a different colour as the items I had originally ordered was out of stock. Thank you, will definitely shop here again!

I visited the Westfield store last Friday to purchase another set and was helped by the wonderful Amie, who also assisted me on my last visit. She is always so helpful and makes the experience outstanding.
I also went to Tala in Selfridges, but unfortunately there was no one available to help, which was disappointing.
Once again, thank you Amie for your outstanding customer service — I’ll definitely be back.

I dm’d the instagram thinking my issue was an lost cause and to my surprise I had a quick and proactive response that actually felt like I was talking to someone who cared about my issue instead of a robot. I’ve used Tala for a number of years but their customer service and stock management has really gone downhill. I place large orders frequently and by the time they ship them most items are out of stock - this applies to both sale and full priced items. My parcel went missing (likely never sent) and by the time they agreed to resend it only 3 of 12 items ordered were in stock. I’ve since had to chase the correct refund for the 2 items I returned. Their customer service via WhatsApp is consistently disappointing. Until the stock issues are sorted I won’t be using TALA again which is a shame as they always used to be my ‘go to’ brand.
