Despite paying for next day delivery it took 3 working days to get to me. Customer service says this can sometimes happen with DPD. If DPD can’t be relied upon maybe remove them as a delivery option?

I'm absolutely loving SuperGood vape juices! A friend introduced me to the brand and I haven't looked back.
As a huge fan of bakery flavors, I started with #3 from their Butter range which i
quickly became my all-day vape.
Recently, I decided to try their Cocktail range and wow! The flavours are incredibly authentic and well-balanced. I can't recommend SuperGood enough, as well as thier fast delivery. 10/10

Hands down one of the finest quality E-Liquids on the market, I have been using this company for the last 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, Premium liquid for a affordable price, royal mail also messed up my delivery and the team at Supergood couldn't of been more helpful in getting the matter solved, within hours I had juice delivered and sweets offered as an apology when it wasn't there doing. Stop buying from the big companies and give this team a try you won't be disappointed

no reply to multiple emails asking about tracking delivery also was ment to be next day delivery , i ordered on thursday and as of now monday still no delivery , the tracking number i finally recieved shows that the item was not even posted until saturday , this company was teally good a couple years ago and responsive but seems standards have slipped , very disappointing.
