I love their products, especially the multi cleaner and bathroom cleaner. They smell lovely and fresh, and I like that refills are packed in small paper pouches so saving on postage and plastic bottles.
Delivery is prompt, and items are well packed in non-plastic wrapping.

My experience with this company has been nothing but shocking. I placed an order on 31st December from Ireland and realised the shipping fee was too expensive immediately I sent an email to request for a cancellation and refund. They ignored my email and shipped the item anyway, when it arrived here I realised I had to pay another fee to have it delivered as the Uk is no longer in the eu. So I rejected the item and it was sent back to them. I have sent countless emails and even reached out through their Instagram page but nothing! It’s been almost a month now and they still aren’t responding to me. This is actually outrageous and disappointing. I hope others see my comment and stay away from this company if you run into an issue as long as they have your money they won’t care about finding a resolution. Such a total shame!

Great product, easy to use subscription service.

I’ve tried several eco cleaners and I think this is the best for several reasons - the spray bottle has lasted (6months so far) much longer than other brands I have tried and I think the price point and how long it lasts is great, smells lovely although doesn’t t linger as long as another well known brand- it’s so much cheaper so I can live with that! I have been loyal to this and have no reason to try anything else now I am super happy!

Spa like scents, eco friendly packaging and effective cleaning.

Love these eco cleaning products. I've been using the all-purpose and bathroom cleaners for a while now and have them on subscription. I've tried other cleaning sprays, but these have the most natural and pleasant scents while also cleaning properly. I love that these don't add anything nasty to my home. The fact that they also come in sustainable packaging that fits through the letterbox is also great.

Using Spruce is so simple.
It helps me clean - and is also great environmentally and financially.

Great products that work. I have lots of allergies and using normal shop bought cleaning products with strong chemicals gives me a headache. They also have an effect on my skin. I love Spruce products because I can use them without any problems and they do a really good job. I have been using them for a couple of years now and I'm still very happy.

Like the reusable bottles, wasn’t impressed with the quality of product strength was quite weak.

I have been using laundry sheets for some time now when I am travelling and self catering. They are almost weightless so flying is no problem. They take up barely any space, they dissolve well. They rinse out well, no basins left full of hard to disperse frothy suds! I’m on a subscription which is easy to use and if necessary, to adjust. Will continue using.

Amazing quality, the best items for washing your clothing. the only items i have used is the washing sheets. They are 11/10. I would recommend any one the try these and find fault.

Cleaning power is second to non, all washing comes out of the washer clean and with no stains.

In summery if you don't know a product then give it a go. That is what we did and I would never look back. No other item will do in regards to washing products.

I will never use ordinary washing stuff again I was very skeptical at first as all my life iv used strong smelling washing products I thought wanting to be more mindful of what I’m using id give these a go. I was really really surprised not only did it take all the stains out curry mud grass you name it my clothes smelt fresh and clean no scent just really clean feel to it . I’m very happy with these and will use these all the time now .i was so scared my clothes would smell bad and musty but they really don’t. Its like when you go to a hotel and they have the fresh clean white sheets that feel amazing to lie in but no scent that is best way to describe it
