We had a pleasant stay at Renzo's studio, but there were some issues. The pillows were uncomfortable and not plump, causing neck ache. We also noticed damages to the drawers that need attention.
The £150 deposit requirement on top of the nightly rental was a significant concern. Despite the cleaning team checking the room upon departure, the deposit will take 3-5 working days to be refunded, which caused us considerable hardship. We were told this was standard, but it seems unfair that payments are processed instantly while refunds take days. Given our reliance on the deposited amount, this delay was particularly problematic.
Suggestions for improvement: Consider revising the deposit refund policy to better align with guest needs and expectations.
