I ordered and paid for a bed on 9/18/24. I still have not received a shipping notice. No response to my contact request either. Is this company legit?

I really have been enjoying my HUGL for the past few months!! I’ve been having back and neck problem but with the HUGL it’s really been helping with that. Now my only problem is I don’t wanna get up from bed haha!😂👌🏾

I adoe my Hugl. My head never rolls off the end of the pillow. Never! I side sleep and being able to roll over and have my leg support on the other side is FANTASTIC! I hug my Hugl every night and I love how cool it feels and stays cool all night. This is the best sleeping system I have every tried. I am 73 and I have tried a LOT of pillows, body pillows, blow up pillows, down, foam... HUGL IS THE BEST!

Received the Hugl as a birthday gift from my mom and it has been totally amazing!! I regularly workout and jog and have found that the extra support when I sleep at night is amazing on my muscles and I wake up feeling SO refreshed and without the aches and pains I used to suffer from. I have also loved how much this pillow holds its shape and form over time. I have previously tried a bunch of body pillows and was just continually disappointed but this is the first one that really improved my sleep! Not to mention how cold it is!

I have been a fan of Plufl since I backed their original Kickstarter for the Plufl. I then went and backed their hugl campaign and have to say I have been say happy with both products and customers service has always been so helpful and responsive! Thank you Plufl for making 2 amazing products

After reading so many of these reviews I decided to write one hoping they look hear because I have sent 3 emails w/ no response
I also purchased the XL after seeing it on GMA
Figured if they were showing this product on GMA must be legit
My credit card was charged immediately on 9/5/24 and I received a email w/ UPS shipping confirmation on 9/6/24 so excited but every day since I check and UPS says label made but that they have not received item.
I then called and sent 3 emails w/ no response
On 3rd email I let them know I will be contacting my CC company to stop payment if I don’t hear back soon.
I really wanted the pillow so I hope they come through

So I was one of the original customers of the Plufl when I saw them on Shark Tank and I have to say my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. I have had my Plufl for close to 2 years now and it still gets use almost every single day in my house. After school, work a long day it doesnt matter I’m always going to use my Plufl. I have also found the team to be really helpful. When I first got it I had a few questions about the assembly and after discussing on the phone with a Plufl rep I was able to get the hope I need and every other time I have had a question I have found them to just be over the top helpful..

Why I really wanted to review though was because I recently got their body pillow….the Hugl. I was defintley skeptical at first because I had tried a bunch of body pillows before and I am very much a tough critic cause I have tons of issues sleeping not to mention joint and muscle pain. My first night sleeping with this pillow was actually out of this world. I loved it so much I got one from my girlfriend and mom cause I know how much they would love it as well. Highly recommend this pillow to anyone looking to improve their sleep!!

Zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service with failing to ship out items month later. Ignoring requests to cancel and refund, now been dealing with my CC to dispute waiting on them to send a return shipping label. Recommend staying away!

Scam artists took everyone’s money and never delivered the Hugl. No responses to any of the backers either.

Stay away from this fraud.

Backed their kickstarter, ended up paying more than original price, and getting the item slower than it launched on their site. Still out $70 for product that never shipped.

love this bed so much!! Huge hit at our house. My kids love it when friends come over.

I got the HUGL as a gift for my mother in law because she is a really hot sleeper and has arthiritis and back issues that pain her while she sleeps.

She has been using it for about month now and abolusltey loves. We had previously bought the Plufl so we were already huge fans of the brand but I had tried so many body pillows before this that I was defintley skeptical that it would be any good!

I really am blown away though! If I had any complaint though it would be that I was hoping for it to be a bit smaller (my mother in law is tiny) but I saw they have a standard version since I got mine so I would defintley consider getting this next time around.

I was an original backer of the Kickstarter campaign and was so excited about this product! When it arrived, I had an accident and my pillow was no longer useable. The team was super helpful and actually replaced mine as a courtsey! Thanks to this team and love my pillow so much.

I ordered on 7/3. They pulled the money from my account immediately. By the 9th no shipping notification. I inquired when it would ship and I get "so sorry, issue on our end, system marked shipped. We will ship within 24 hours". I gave them 72. Still no shipment notification. Reached out again to request to cancel order and refund my account. They replied "so sorry. What if we give you $25 off of your order and expedited shipping". (Why not just ship the damned thing already if your were a kiwi company?) I responded no thank you, just cancel order and refund my account. This was 3 days. Still nothing. This company is a rip off. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I am having the same issue as others. They pulled the money immediately and I cannot contact them except by email. Their verbiage is the same as the others. I wish I knew it was on Amazon! Way too expensive for no product and no way to contact them. Very frustrating!

Fantastic idea. I have a puppy and it’s been great for sleep training. Extremely comfortable - poor removable cover design. The cover is washable - which it should be since it’s a bed on the floor, but the assembly is BRUTAL. The sides and bottom don’t fit easily into the cover. It takes me 30 minutes of shoving and jamming the pieces into place repeatedly. By the end of it, my back hurts and I’m covered in sweat. When my pup is older, I will toss it. There’s no easy way to keep it clean.

Finally got my human dog bed and I absolutely love it! It's insanely comfy and totally worth the wait. It's a game-changer for couch potatoes like me!

I did run into an issue with my order, but their customer service team was amazing. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to fix everything. Their dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase really stood out. Shoutout to the team!

If you're thinking about getting the human dog bed, just go for it! You won't regret it.

Never received the item. Asked for a refund and was immediately ghosted. Do not give money to these scammers.

I was skeptical about a "human dog bed" at first, but the Plufl is amazing! It's like a giant beanbag chair filled with the softest clouds. I love reading and watching movies curled up in it, and there's plenty of space for my dog to sprawl out beside me. The filling is super supportive, and the whole thing is surprisingly lightweight. It even fits through doorways easily. The only downside is that my family fights over who gets to use it!

Our pup, Luna, has always claimed the couch as her throne, but the Plufl changed everything! It's like a giant, super soft dog bed for both of us. The memory foam base is amazing for my back, and Luna loves burrowing into the bolsters. Plus, the cover is machine washable (lifesaver with a shedding dog!). We cuddle up for movie nights and lazy mornings, and Luna even naps in it by herself sometimes. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the cozy cuddles and quality.
