The technician who came out to carry out the repairs explained why the issue had occurred and what can be done to prevent it happening again. We've not had the machine long and the repairs in question were due to operator error.
Very speedy in organising someone to come out, requested technician in the afternoon and they were there first thing the following morning.
Batch coder has drastically increased our output and professional finish.
Got our printer up and running over the phone , and as requested serviced the printer the next day.
We spoke to an engineer on the phone he helped us get back up and running again temporally until he got onsite to repair the fault, the engineer was very helpful and polite.
We had an issue with one of our inkjet coders on the production line. New Code sent an engineer out to fix the problem, which he did in good time. He also stopped and watched the coder run for a while to make sure that there were no more issues. Great Service.
Great service, always on hand to support over the phone or engineer can be onsite the same day if needed.
With 5 printers on site it gives me great comfort knowing that we have a professional, reliable team of engineers on standby if needed. Leigh Cables have developed a strong relationship with Newcode and can highly recommend their service.
Great guys to deal with. Always easy to get hold of and so far the back up support for our 2 Hitachi Printers has been great.

We have had 5 new Hitachi coders installed on our site. The installation was OK and the training was great. we have had a visit from engineers for a few minor issues and I can say that they are very professional, in particular Jack Parker.
