I was assigned Robert for my BigMove to the Midlands. Unfortunately at the beginning - completely out of anyone's control - there has been an accident that required the closure of one roads so we ran a bit late. Rob managed to find a solution and everything ran smoothly and quickly despite the stress, 5+ stars, will definitely use again!

Could not recommend more! They managed to move my sofa in despite the narrow staircase and awkward angle of the hallway. On top of that, they were very nice. Would definitely hire them again!

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. I was kept upto date with proceedings via text leading up to the move. My driver was friendly and efficient. I got to my destination in good time with no fuss. No unexpected charges (I have experienced this before with another company). Would highly recommend.

Really good experience with we are movers! Helped with the correct sizing for the van we needed, quick responses and reasonable prices. The van driver who turned up was really helpful and lovely. Great service overall - super easy and efficient.

These guys are nothing short of amazing! They showed up 20 minutes early and waited until we were ready. Big Rob and strong Brian (Hercules) were fun to be around and did not complain even once despite our unpreparedness. They wrapped the breakables in bubble wrap and blankets. At our new home they helped us put everything exactly where we wanted it. They finished the job 2 hours early and offered to clear out our shed as the previous occupants left it full of junk. Wow Brian & Rob you guys Are AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!

Started off fine
Started off fine, moved my stuff no hassle i even helped, had to get a cab to my new address waited 20 minutes for them to arrive, asked if they could take just my mattress upstairs, was told it would be £10 as i never specified stairs, i refused i then notice one mover has tracked dog poop on my NEW carpet, i informed the mover who did not seem to care and said there was nothing they could do. He wouldn't even wipe his trainer clean. He asked if i could put something down, i had nothing but my curtains from my previous place which i put down as i did not want any more dog poop tracked through my house, so now i need new curtains and carpet cleaned. avoid if possible.

Firstly I’d like to express my most sincere apologies for the way you were left feeling. I can assure you this was not our intention.
1. YOUR HAVING TO CATCH A CAB
We service multiple clients on a daily basis and if we allow customers into our vans we risk catching and spreading the Covid-19 virus to other customers. We HAVE to follow social distancing guidelines in-order to keep all our customers and movers safe.
2. YOUR HAVING TO WAIT 20 MINUTES
Unlike cabs, our vehicles are quite large. This means there are certain routes we can not take due to height or other size restrictions. Please also bear in mind that we were carrying your valuable property; this means we have to limit our speed in-order for your items to arrive safely and in the same condition we picked them in.
3. CHARGING FOR TAKING YOUR MATTRESS UPSTAIRS
As a business, we are responsible not only for the safety of your property but also for the safety and welfare of our drivers. This includes assessing risk and insuring against it. When you booked online the website would have CLEARLY asked you to list any stairs at the collection and delivery address. This is because we need to insure our men against any accidents or injuries; as climbing stairs with a load is a risk that can leave them unable to work if injured. You did not list stairs and thus received a cheaper quote that did not include stairs-insurance for the men. This is why you were asked to pay the £10. It was for insurance.
4. THE DOG POOP ON YOUR CARPET
I would like to apologize about this accident, I can only imagine what it must have felt like seeing that on your NEW carpet. The men do their best to avoid such accidents; but as you can imagine how difficult it is to see what's on the ground whilst carrying a heavy load. I have spoken to Rob & Brian (your driver team) and they explained that this happened whilst they were moving your sofa. They also explained that they checked their shoes as soon as you raised this issue and the reason why they did not wipe their shoes in the house is that we carry water sprays in the van which do a better job at removing such things from shoes. That is why you did not see any further stains even on the curtains you laid out. Normally we have blankets that we use BUT we have stopped doing this due to the current pandemic as they are not disposable. Having said that, we do specify on the website that clients should lock away children and pets as it is a difficult task to carry heavy loads and at the same time have to look out for children or pets (including pet excrement).
