I would give a rating of zero if I could. I have still not received my knit kit.
I should have had this sweater completed by now. I am very disappointed. I feel that if you can’t get your products delivered in an appropriate time frame, perhaps you shouldn’t be selling them, or at least you should be advertising an honest delivery time.

I ordered 9 skeins of Candy Corn Yummy Yarn, all from the same dye lot, but the difference in colour distribution and dye concentration is so dramatic between skeins that each panel I knitted looks like I used a completely different colourway. When I emailed WAK for assistance with a photo of the panels, I was told that I must have knitted each panel with a different colourway, which is completely untrue, they were each made using the same dye lot of candy corn! A lot of money and many hours of knitting completely wasted 😟

Ordered a beginners knitting set on November 30th. I hadn’t heard anything by December 9th, so I sent a message to support. No reply. Followed up December 11th. No reply again! Asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded December 14th and was almost immediately replied to and refunded. What kind of service is this? Don’t reply to customers until they want their money back? This company came highly recommended and I guarantee I will not be buying again or recommending to anyone.

I have always had a good experience with we are knitters up until now. It seems like they changed ownership or something behind the scenes. With all the changes they have made recently I have not made an order recently. I saw some cute merch on black friday and ordered it. They had merchandise on their website that was no longer available. After placing my order I never heard from them to say it was backorder. They could have sent a mass email to everyone. Instead when I reached out they expect me to choose from the reject yarn, wait an undisclosed amount of time, or get a refund (I guess so I can pay more later for the same thing?) They need to go back to what they were doing before because now they are terrible.

It’s horrible. I am a retailer. It does not help with LYS liking for products. Plus WAK is always out of tick which makes it impossible for a retailer to reorder. It’s frustrating because they do have a good product.

Horrific customer service. Sounds so dramatic but cannot think of another way to explain this. What's most appalling is they respond to reviews on here to make themselves look good, but trust me (and all the other 1-2* reviewers), they do not respond to emails timely, and when they do FINALLY respond, it will be an article or copy and paste of previous email with no apology. You can see many customers sharing the same experience I am having - orders from mid-Nov all the way thru at least Black Friday sale have not shipped as of Dec 18, with the company simply stating "we received more orders than we expected and we don't ship on weekends." They do not care that they advertised delivery by Christmas, and that shipping times are listed as 3-8 days, and they will not offer any kind of commitment to when their very expensive items will ship. You're just out of luck without the money or the products you purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I am a previous customer that always had a good experience; this is no longer a good company.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago on Dec. 1st— I’ve sent 2 inquiries, separated by several days, about my order and both times there is only a vague response is that my order is being prepared, and an insubstantial 15% off code (that I cannot use on discounted items). If the order is not being shipped promptly (within 3 days of order placed) the very least they could do is provide legitimate information as to when it actually will be sent out. It’s been 16 days. If items are not currently stocked, it should be stated on the website so that can be taken into account when deciding to make a purchase.

Extremely slow to ship! I placed an order for a sweater kit that was shown as "in stock" with a delivery before Christmas--the order was placed on Dec 8th; PLENTY of time. Over a week has gone by and my order remains "processing." The "live support" chat feature is an AI bot that gives canned responses. Customer service FINALLY reached out via email to say that "processing times are currently delayed" but no further information on when my order might be expected to ship. I regret ordering from this company and will never order from them again--this is absurd.

This was one of the most Awesome responses to a lost package ever. No frustrations, no stress. They did not give me a tracking number and said good luck. WAK actually worked with me to get my merchandise I ordered. They ran out of same of original colors, but worked with me to replace that part. They ended up refunding the cost of the circular needles I ordered in the original order too. But you know what, that is more work than most companies would do. I appreciate You
