My first delivery was ruined
My first delivery was ruined- jar of beans smashed and coated everything else. Second delivery was better. Quality of baguettes and bagels was excellent. Delivery packaging and method needs tweaking.

No complaints - Bread is good
No complaints - Bread is good. The sourdough can be a have large amounts of holes in it sometimes however I have been told that means its a good sourdough haha. None the less its a nice treat once a month. The cinnammon bagels and the bread are amazing.

Thank you for your feedback. The holes do happen when there is a high level of hydration going into the dough, and this varies from batch to batch of course. We hope you enjoyed it all!
Honest and quick customer service
I contacted customer service about a jam jar which had arrived broken. I was replied to swiftly and this was resolved politely and without delay. I have been assured that changes have been made to the packaging for the jam deliveries as a result.

Bought this as a Christmas Gift for a good friend of mine, and she absolutely loved it. Her family inhaled the bread - said it was lovely, and thoroughly enjoyed the cheese. Will be coming here again!
