!!! Do not buy !!!
Firstly, this is the first negative review I'm leaving. In general, I won't leave a negative review and give a company a chance to put a situation right. This company has had 3 months to get this right and instead have continued to bill me at a cost of £90+ now.
The cancellation process is woeful. Its taken over 3 months to end my subscription, its a real fight! They even charged me monthly when the subscription was for every 2 months.
The vitamin cost has near enough tripled in 4 years (£11.99 in 2023 and now £31 in 2026). Vitamin quality has gone down drastically in past year.
The cancellation process is via email, there's no number to call or way of speaking to anyone.
The support team is not supportive at all. When I ask to cancel, they reply with do you really want to cancel? How can we help you?!
How many times can I email with the header:
please cancel this subscriprion now?!?
As of to date, they are still charging me for a product I feel is inferior and ineffective and that I don't want anymore.
Clueless customer support and very inadequate cancellation process.
!!!! Do not buy !!!!! unless you want to be stuck paying a monthly subscription for ineffective supplements (in my humble experience).

I've been using Feel multivitamins for ages and they really are great quality and do offer everything the body needs. Due to the success I have recently tried the menopause supplements and can honestly say my brain fog has gone and other symptoms like hot flushes seem to be less frequent and less severe. So thank you Feel. An awesome supplement again which does exactly what it says on the tin!

Update: Following this review, the Head of Customer Service reached out personally, issued a full refund without requiring a return, and acknowledged the situation should have been handled better. I appreciate the way this was ultimately resolved.
I had been a regular customer and generally liked the product, but this experience has really put me off continuing.
In early April, I contacted customer service to resolve a duplicate order. In that same message, I clearly explained that I didn’t need my next delivery for at least 6 weeks as I already had excess stock.
The duplicate was cancelled, but my request to delay the next order wasn’t actioned or clarified. Instead, I was later told my next order would still be going ahead on 28 April.
As a result, I was charged and sent another delivery I didn’t need, leaving me with far more product than I can reasonably use.
When I raised this, the responses were polite but ultimately focused on explaining why the order was processed “correctly,” rather than acknowledging that my earlier message should have been handled more clearly. I was offered either a return for a refund or a partial refund to keep the product, but no real ownership of the situation.
I understand policies are in place, but as a customer who flagged this in advance, I expected clearer communication or action at the time—not to be left dealing with the consequences afterwards. Good customer service isn’t just about policies, it’s about listening and acting on what customers are actually saying.
Overall, this felt like a preventable issue and the handling of it has been disappointing enough that I’ve decided to cancel my subscription and look elsewhere.

I’ve ordered their collagen with subscriptions on 19 June 2024, then i cancelled the subscription two months later, on 23 March 2026 which was 21 months later, I received email at 5am for a payment charged from my PayPal account for £138.25 which is for an upcoming order from Feel. I immediately contacted them at 7am that morning and they said I have a subscription with them, at the end I have to return the parcel at my own cost for the refund. After the return they emailed me on 9 April 2026 confirming they have received the parcel and said I will receive the refund within 7 working days. Until 28 April 2026 i checked and no refund issued, I contacted them for the refund and within few minutes they finally sent the refund.
I am unsatisfied with how they simply just charging from your PayPal account without informing you that you’ll have an upcoming order and at least letting you choose if you’re still happy to place the order, hence, I have cancelled the subscription and they automatically sent the order after 21 months, the longest option for repeated order is 9 months. Plus, they didn’t issue the refund within 7 working days as they said, only until I contacted again after 19 days.
Would never order from them ever
Ordered the Pro collagen with feel, as I'd tried some with another company but didn't like it. This collagen had good reviews so thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately Evri didn't deliver it and lost my order, so had to contact customer services. Good news, Amelia helped me with my missing order and sent me out a replacement, can't wait to start using Feels pro collagen, very happy with the help I received from their customer services.

I started the Feel Pro-Metabolic as I had seen lots of good reviews on social media. I am perimenopausal, was constantly bloated and couldnt lose a pound of weight. Since drinking a sachet a day I have had no bloating, I can go a bit longer without snacking, alongside a healthy diet I have now lost a stone and it just makes me feel better. The monthly subscription saves me money and the loyalty points earn me rewards and even more savings each month. The website is easy to use and has so much info. I would recommend others to try this.

Terrible company. Keep sending me bundles after I cancelled the subscription 2 times. They set up new bundles and more products delivered.
No benefits from the vitamins or smooth skin. I don't very often write reviews, but company has taken a lot of my money, and its still not resolved.

Taking the pro metabolic powders for 5 weeks. My weight hasn’t changed but I do feel fuller quicker than I used to. I do get some stomach cramps and nausea after taking but that quickly subsides.
