PAID but only received a fake link - no support or refund.
I purchased a digital download pack from one of their Facebook ads. I received an email with a PDF with the download link for my products. The link brings up a page that does not exist. When I followed up, I was met with unhelpful responses (if any) and still a month later I have not received my refund or the products that I paid for, despite endless attempts. When I checked my PayPal account, it showed that my account had been authorised for 'automatic' payments, which I did not intentionally authorise (possibly through the sale transaction). Their refund policy states that if you are not happy with the purchase, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours, This is not the case!! I have also tried to get the payment reversed on paypal but I've not had any luck yet.
This company seems to be linked with Heilena Limited - heilena.com (that's where my payment went to) and nordicawell.com - Nordicawell, both seem to be beauty product stores. Don't waste your time or money purchasing from them!
