I started completing courses here at Beauty Academy South East in January 2019. Since then I have grown my business into much more than a hobby. Tania and the team make me feel welcome on every visit, nothing is too much and the support is amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else!

So so unhappy with the way I’ve been treated. I have then tried again today to fill out the application form for financing a course and have been declined again, so it is not that I haven’t tried because I have. The gentleman Bilal Ahmed who I originally spoke to when enquiring about the course who said I’ll be setting up a direct debit on the day with the academy for the remaining amount at £89 pm, he has now taken back what he has said about the payment plan and is also being very rude and unprofessional on the phone, I did also record the phone call for my own evidence and safety purposes. All I wanted to do was learn and gain new skills, which can’t happen when you’re treated wrongfully. So so upset as I really wanted to train with this academy.

Absolutely love training here. Welcoming and professional at all times and very patient with an older student. Looking forward to adding more skills to my business.

I did an eyelash lift and tint course with base which was brilliant.
The trainer Denise gave lots of tips and information, I went away confident and ready to perform the treatment on my clients.
All the staff at base were welcoming and helpful.
The lead up to the course and the day of the course was very well organised.
I will definitely be back again to do another course ☺️

I loved every minute at my course and all staff members were very welcoming. I was very nervous but they made my confidence grow throughout the course. You learn so so much with understanding and there’s no judgement if you get something wrong. Will definitely be going back for more courses.

Lovely ladies who provide the training. The starter kit that we was given is really handy to help know what products and brands are good to use. Very happy with the amount of knowledge i have left with. Will definately be returning for another course at BASE.

I have done many courses here at Base and I would highly recommend them as a beauty training school. Great training by brilliant tutors which are also there after the course for any help, questions or guidance you may need.

I did my Brow course today, and I have to say Tania is amazing. She explains everything so well, but if there is anything you are not sure of, she is more then happy to either explain or show you again. Tania is very professional and the training centre is very clean, and the safety precautions regarding are outstanding.

My whole experience at BASE from start to finish was so welcoming especially considering the circumstances with covid. I was made to feel so comfortable by Tania, and nothing was too much trouble. I would seriously recommend anyone interested in going into the beauty industry to do a course at BASE. Without them i wouldn’t have the confidence i do today to start up my business! I have completed around five courses with BASE and couldn’t recommend them enough. Tania and the team are are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the beauty industry and teach with such professionalism yet are still super friendly that you leave feeling very confident offering the new treatment to clients. It doesn’t stop after the course either, Tania has helped so much with messages and texts after, always reassuring you that she’s there to help whenever. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking at any of the courses.

I done makeup course in this training academy, and everything was just great. All equipment needed and supportive and helpful staff.

Tanya is absolutely amazing and I can not recommend BASE enough. My experience at BASE when I have had both business training and make up basics training, has been incredible. Tanya made it professional, informative, relative to my business and it has been an incredibly valuable experience that will always be with me. I came away having learnt a lot and when I went for business training, Tanya informed us of how to move with the times using all manner of social media tools.

I’ve been a model for the ladies doing training courses at BASE Academy on several occasions, they are always well supported during their training and you are told all the way through what they are going to be doing to you wether it’s nail treatments or a beauty & makeup course, you can tell the ladies are enjoying what they are doing but also learning a lot by putting in to practice on live models not by doing online courses I would highly recommend any of the training programmes run by Base Academy
