This is our first investment and my experience with Wealthi was great!! opposite of what I was prepared for (based on my friends bad experiences of buying a property outside Wealthi). We are so happy that we found Wealthi, since our first contact Tiffy had everything in place, including pros and cons of the investment which gave us the confidence to continue with the next steps and a month later we are ready for settlement! YAY!!!

Starting with our first investment in Australia in the short time living here has been a great experience through Wealthi. YouTube channel and Wealthi Academy are an excellent tool to understand how buying properties in Australia works and where the best opportunities are, which I recommend to see before investing in any property. The Wealthi team, especially Tiffy and Jody, have been a great help and guide through this adventure, which has made the process much easier for us.

The team at Wealthi have been our partners in all our property investments for the last few years. Jodi in particular has been such an instrumental partner helping us navigate the entire process, sourcing documents we need and liaising with the developer. My Wife (Nat) and I have always wished to start our property investment journey. It was always a dream of ours. To provide some context, Nat works for NSW Public health (In a pandemic) and I work in Supply Chain Sales, we have two young kids aged 3 and 5. Nat is 29 and I'm 32 years of age, we bought our first property in south western Sydney in 2017, a small 3 bedroom terrace. For us, the dream was genuinely a dream because we didn't have the network, the people around us nor were we in the conversation to begin the journey.

After an introduction to the Wealthi team, our context began to alter. For our little family, the dream had very quickly become reality. The favourable property market conditions and absolute master stroke conversations with the Wealthi team, Nat and I have secured our first property investment without really doing much. The team at Wealthi make sure no stone is left unturned and you are absolutely clear in what your goals are (in our case as a family) and the legacy you a creating (for us it's for our kids). Now we are strategising on when we can purchase a third. The communication, partnership and genuine understanding of our situation and the market, is what has made the difference for us during this process.

For us, the Wealthi team are meeting an unmet need for our family. We are creating a legacy and securing a future for our children.

Being informed about a market and a suburb where you’re looking to invest and not simply investing blindly is a recipe for success and great returns. I was very happy with Wealthi team experience. I must say that at first I was very sceptical and confused, predominantly because it was my first property buy. However, listening to their podcast has built more and more confidence overtime.

At the podcast it felt like they were really talking to me directly, because they had answered all the questions I would possibly want to ask and more. The actual buying process and selection of the property was so smooth that I still can’t believe that I’ve purchased my first property.
