WA is a scam company operated by Ryan Carroll and his cronies. I had different meetings with some of their employees including Jason Cunningham, Terry Kruse, Nikki Kelley and Anna Crouch. They took my hard earned money and delivered nothing. Now they have registered a new business by the name Yax Investment LLC in order to scam more unsuspecting people .

Unfair treatment

I appreciated that you completed your homework before making the deposit. After my experience here, "Calm O ‘shub" is the only platform that I can suggest. Refrain from falling for their tricks! What a scam this investment firm is! How is it possible for this business to steal money from someone else? They just take your money and tell you all kinds of falsehoods! It is not advisable to invest with this Ponzi scam organization!

I'm another victim

File a complaint with the FTC, call Amazon, and file a police report. Once they realize the scale of their scam, the federals will get involved. We are all over the States. They took 55k from me.

SCAM

We signed with Wealth Assistants in July 2023, giving them $55,000 to open an Amazon store. We were told that our store was up and inventory in, but when we pushed further we discovered there was no inventory. Dustin Preston strung us along and gave excuses for why the inventory wasn't in. He then did not show up for a scheduled meeting with us. We attempted to get in touch with anyone from Wealth Assistants and have not been able to. This company is a scam. We reported them to the FTC and encourage everyone else who has been scammed to do the same.

Just as everyone else

Just as everyone else, i have been scammed. signed my contract with them in march of 23'. My first store went up and running 4 months in, yet no real sales to mention. kept asking for money for inventory purchases even tho they weren't buying any inventory. email today from the company saying shutting down and they are not honoring buy back guarantee. Need to all get in on a class action, however i doubt there is anything to go after

I put money in this company three months ago, and since then, I have given them all the requested funds and bank account information. Unfortunately, this business is just a fraud. is a contemporary Ponzi scheme that the FTC ought to look into. When handling their hard-earned money, I advise others to demand respect. I had to borrow money to invest in my headline, but since then, I've seen quick returns in folds. I'm thrilled to have been discovered thanks to my headline.

Wealth Assistance is a scam

Please, please, please, don’t give Wealth Assistance your money a complete scam. I don’t understand why Amazon have these corruption people using their name for robbing people taking money away from people that work everyday.

Lost $55K … 0 communication in a few weeks

We gave Wealth Assistants $55K back in March and yet we don’t have an operating store. We received an email from them about cutting staff so I was very worried. It has been two weeks and no one has responded back to me. I am now worried that we won’t be getting our money back. We might need to file a lawsuit. Any advice on how to move forward? I just want our money back.

Want my money back

I had rep after rep. Talked to upper management and they gave me a credit. Said they will prove to me that this works. I wanted my money back and they said I can’t get my money back yet and they wanted 45 more day to prove their worth. So 45 days goes by and I try to call them nothing. I got email messages bouncing back. Phone not working. I’m going to sue all upper management owners and I’m including Ryan’s mother. She gave him the seed money to start this mess. Also checking into class action lawsuit.

STAY AWAY

It's been over 12 months and I'm still within my 30 day grace period for a refund on initial startup costs. I have attempted to reach out multiple times but almost every email has bounced as the account is no longer active. I reached out to Hysam over text and he's since ghosted me. I reached out to Brandon Andrews the Director of Client Relations and he hasn't responded either. I'm very disappointed with this company and I recommend any prospective clients to STAY AWAY. Is there a discord for this?

We echo every recent comment

We echo every recent comment. Invested in 2 stores over 12 months ago and have seen very little sales over the last couple of months. Suppose to have a meeting with our PSM today, and his phone and email or no longer active. I tried emailing and calling Brandon Andrews with no response and his phone has been disconnected. Filed a complaint with the FTC and would do a class action with any other investors out there....

I gave this company my hard earned…

I gave this company my hard earned $75,000. to buy one of their existing stores. I got a message from my PSM last week and responded to him that day. The email address had been deleted. I was so concerned, I tried other people in the company that I had had communications with….their emails have been deleted. I phoned people from the company. No response! I believe this company must be a scam! I want to wash my hands of them and get my money back. I also called their 1-888 number and left numerous voicemails! No response….. this company’s needs to be reported on and shut down!!!!
