Runners MOT with Coach Andre
I had a runners MOT with Coach Andre. While I am a relatively experienced runner, I've never received lessons or technical tips for running and was interested to see if I had adopted any bad habits and how I could alter these / get the most out of my running. My coach was amazing, we got deep into discussions about multiple points in my running form, talking about the impact these have on my current running as well as my future body, and how to rectify them. I learned loads about new drills and tricks I can make the most of to shave some time off my runs and make sure I stay healthy while doing it.

Coach Andre Fernandez
Coach Andre has really improved my form and has helped me have a better understanding towards running.
He uses technical term which I do struggle to understand but he demonstrates the task which is very helpful.
Coach Kelvin
Coach Kelvin was very knowledgeable and setup my training in a way that could work around the rest of my life.
My running has improved a lot over the past twelve months but had to unfortunately stop due to injury. I was shown the importance of nutrition and hydration from the start which made a huge difference especially for my long runs.
Would definitely recommend coach Kelvin from WeRun if you're looking for a coach to help manage and improve all aspects of your running.

Lee Wilkinson has been a brilliant…
Lee Wilkinson has been a brilliant coach, helping me to improve my technique, efficiency & understanding of what's needed to increase speed/power/endurance etc. The results over the last 6 months have been excellent - I've improve my Hyrox 1k ave running times from 4.30mins per km to sub 3.40mins per km as well as achieve 1hr 24mins in my first ever Half Marathon. Thank you Lee!
Great Experience and Improvement
I have never had an online coach before so I didn't really know what to expect. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in running but felt like my 5k time hadn't been improving even though I was getting faster on my intervals. I wanted a bit of guidance to where I was going wrong although was a bit worried I would get a coach that would tell me things I already knew.
I had Kate as my coach and cannot recommend her enough. She gave me feedback on every session and was always quick to respond and happy to have a call when I had any concerns or anything I wanted to talk about. My lactate threshold dropped twice in the first two weeks of my training so I could see I was improving straight away. I ended up only using a coach for a few months due to deciding to do a triathlon and get a more specific coach for that but I definitely will use We Run again and would be asking for Kate. I made a huge improvement over the few months I used them.
Marathon coaching
Was fantastic having Alexa coach me for the Brighton marathon. Having a structured routine, focused on lots of easy running was not something I’d ever done before, but I found it highly motivating and actually very enjoyable. Looking forward to round II later this year!

Coaching review
Amanda has coached me through a multitude of races over the last couple of years, including a tough ultra. Without her knowledge , patience and guidance I wouldnt have been able to achieve the goals I have already. Having a coach takes the thinking out of the equation, which enables me to ‘just do’. Would highly recommend We Run coaching.

Kate was so helpful as my running coach, I learned a lot from her, she has so much experience and information and always willing to answer all my questions (and there were many) lol highly recommend and my running has come on leaps & bounds, thanks to Kate I completed my 1st marathon & still felt good to walk to the car afterwards 🙌🏻
Super knowledgeable and thorough
I met up with Coach Andre for the first time to go through a runners MOT. I was four weeks out from a half marathon and struggling with knee pain, even though I have had completed a series of physio appointments. I was really starting to feel hopeless and I am so glad that I took the plunge and booked the session, Coach Andre was so knowledgeable about the sport and has some form of superpower for being able to spot inefficiencies in your form (even when you are just standing) and how to help correct them. He's not just improved the way I run, but the way I walk, take the stairs and squat, to mention a few. These corrections in form have helped me to manage my ITB syndrome, which was badly effecting my knee, and I ran 15k pain free for the first time this weekend (three weeks post the session, just in time for my half mara!). The report that Andre created was extremely detailed and completely bespoke to me as a runner, it really pulled together everything from the in-person session and I often refer back to it before big runs.
I can't recommend booking a session with Andre enough, and once I'm recovered from this race I will be setting up session to help me achieve my next goal.
Kate is a brilliant coach…
Kate is a brilliant coach and has really helped me to improve my running where o saw real progress from where we started. Kate really encourages you, provides motivation when doubt creeps in and helps to focus on reflecting on the progress made.

Perfect personalised running plan
A personalised marathon plan that isnt off the shelf. Amazing value and very simple to follow. The initial chat through really helped to make sure the plan was bespoke for me and my running needs.
Pitched Perfectly
I just wanted to send a message of appreciation for my training plan. In September 2023, I got in touch asking for a plan that would get me under 4 hours for a marathon. Kate did a zoom call with me and asked questions about my current running habits and my lifestyle. We discussed nutrition as well. When looking at the plan, she had accommodated everything I had said. I thoroughly enjoyed using my plan daily and knowing it had been personalised to my life really made me feel like it was achievable. It kept me accountable for my runs.
I got through my marathon @ 04:58:34 so perfectly under 4 hours. I couldn’t have done it without the plan.
I only missed one run my whole plan and I think that is a testament to how perfectly pitched it was for me. Thank you so much Kate.
