Great plan
The training plan which I was sent over regarding to the event which I had signed up for was absolutely fantastic. It made the training a lot more enjoyable than just going about it all your own way. I was new to running apart from completing a GNR & then I had a plan for a ultramarathon which I had signed up for straight after. I had only ever ran 18miles but the plan helped me massively to be able to complete the event which ended at 37.4miles.

I'm a endurance runner being for 15 years have been running with couple of running coaches 2021 was my last marathon i had done but after that was a down fall with injuries and confidence was really down but last year I found kate who helped me alot from from scratch we started with 5 miles to 60 miles a week and really enjoying and full of confidence and I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a running coach really good and professional and knows he job

Smashed my PB because of this plan
The results speak for themselves. I reduced my 10k PB by 1:30 and ran a sub 35 minute 10k for the first time all thanks to the plan provided by Kate. My training prior to Kate’s guidance was similar to the plan I used from Kate but wasn’t generating the results. Kate provided a few small tweaks (no extra volume required, but tweaks to my interval training) and the results are amazing and 100% achieved because of Kates guidance. It felt easier to run so much faster than it did when I was in mid 36 minute shape and I think there is more to come, the best thing is the plan is reusable for my new goals too! Thank you Kate!
Adam is a great coach
Adam is a great coach. As a plus size runner I was nervous that I’d be laughed out of the park when I decided to get serious about running but From our first session and throughout Adam has been encouraging of my progress and has given me great advice on warmup drills and form. He continues this support now through our Strava friendship even though I now run solo. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Fantastic personalised service - all the support you need
I've been working with Alexa since 2019, and she's guided me through multiple events from 10k to UK and overseas marathons. In addition to personal coaching, with phone calls and WhatsApp check-ins, there is a fantastic resource of pre-recorded audio runs and videos for cross-training. Everything can be tailored and personalised and will work around your level, ability, goal and lifestyle. My personalk experience is that Alexa's knowledge is extensive and current, and she works closely with you around all aspects of preparation and training, not just the runs themselves,

On the road to great progress
Kate, gentle person and amazing coach, has truly helped me realize my running potential. She has proven to be incredibly insightful and knowledgeable, taking me on the path of improvement, engineering a training structure and schedule around my work and my abilities. 2 years with her, 5 marathons and over 500 runs later, all PBs have fallen multiple times and I couldn't be happier or more grateful!

No issues at all! Any communications I have had with coach or other people in the company have been very easy and trouble free. The system works very well and nothing negative to say.
From the first meeting to now almost 2 years later the relationship built is great, seamless pairing of workouts through garmin and training with peaks makes everything much more easier and more professional too. Meaning you can focus on the running 100%!!

My experience with We Run was excellent! So many resources provided to help me including audio runs, strength and pilates work to help and my coach, Alexa, stuck with me motivating me when I wasn't motivated and times were tough and I built so much progress on my running ability maintaining more of a routine and getting back on track at times when i fell off track. also knew when to refer to physiotherapist for any injuries and was just overall excellent motivation

Coach Bex has great expertise, matched with great care. She took time to ask questions about my running experience before we met, and really listened to what I felt I needed. She carefully analysed my running, talked me through (with encouragement and without judgement) the areas I could work on, and sent a wonderfully detailed report.
All in all, a brilliant experience with Coach Bex through We Run.

A member for 3.5years - I was coached by Alexa after joining We Run in July 21. Great group support on Facebook, vast collective experience and huge and diverse resources on all aspects of running, physios and coaches. Alexa is incredible - so knowledgeable, adaptive and kind - she wrote exciting training plans where virtually nothing was repeated all these years and fits the training around your life commitments and bespoke to your health so it fits, the plans push you enough to keep improving and motivate. I went from a non runner to running 100mile ultras. Within my first year I had a marathon time of 3:41 and ran a 47 mile ultra in my 50's. If you just join as a monthly member you still get so much support and practical information.
