The website is almost a complete fraud

The website is almost a complete fraud. I say almost because at least the product was shipped, but it's a mat that can be purchased at Temu for €8. The product is also supposed to include a training video, but they don't send it. And when you try to contact them by email, the email doesn't exist. It belongs to a French website (werise.fr), and the product is shipped from China. When you try to contact them to return the product, they mention that you have to contact them, which is impossible. If they hadn't sent the product, it would be a complete fraud, and I could file a complaint. I hope other people can read this article before placing an order.
