Transitioning to We-Fund was a great decision. The dashboard is intuitive and the execution is fast.I really appreciate their straightforward approach to trading rules—no hidden traps. Support is top-notch and they genuinely care about their traders success.

One of the better prop firms out there. Could’ve had a little bit higher profit sharing but all in all, it is excellent.

My personal experience with WeFund Market – payout rejected with invalid reasons

I am sharing my experience to warn other traders to proceed with extreme caution.

I successfully traded my WeFund account and requested payouts on two separate occasions:
• First payout: approx. $9,000
• Second payout: approx. $3,000

Both payout requests were rejected.

One of the rejection reasons claimed that I violated a rule by closing a trade in under 60 seconds. However, my trade history clearly shows the position was open for approximately 2 hours, with timestamps visible in the platform. Despite this evidence, the violation was still upheld.

When confronted with screenshots and timestamps, support responses slowed significantly, sometimes taking hours to reply. Eventually, I was given vague and non-specific explanations without addressing the factual contradiction in their claim.

Based on my experience, it appears that larger payouts are scrutinized or rejected using questionable or inconsistent rule interpretations, while smaller payouts may be approved.

I strongly recommend that traders do not risk money with this firm unless they are prepared for the possibility that profits may not be paid out, even when rules appear to be followed

No good experience at all. I paid for my account qnd received login credentials but I am not able to log in. I have sent so may emails asking for some help to get me started but I keep receiving 'use your credentials to log in'. Keep saying that when I use these I still don't get connected. I wish there was someone at this firm who was willing to look into this, instead I keep getting the same answer and still don't have access to my account.

Awesome prop firm! I love how they stick to the traditional trading and drawdown rules. Drawdown levels are higher compared to other props. Also i would like to mention their support team, they are the best at what they do, that’s something that i like the most about them

During the first closure, I had four open gold positions. While the account was closed, two of those positions reached take profit before the market reversed and subsequently hit my stop loss. WeFund support assured me that the losses incurred during the account closure would be reversed and that the potential profits from those positions would be credited once the account was reopened.

However, when the account was reopened 48 hours later, neither the losses from the four gold positions were reversed nor were the profits from the positions that reached take profit added to my account.

The second account closure occurred approximately three weeks ago. I immediately contacted WeFund customer service to request an investigation and the reopening of my account. Despite this, my account remains closed after three weeks, with no resolution or clear communication provided.

In addition, I was denied a payout based on the 30% daily profit rule, and approximately $5,000 in profit was removed from my account. No explanation has been given regarding who retains this deducted profit. I am seeking clarification on whether WeFund retains all profits that are excluded from payouts and on what contractual basis this is done.

I am requesting a clear explanation, resolution of the account closures, reinstatement of my account, and transparency regarding the handling of the deducted profits.

Rejected my payout with stupid reason. When i posted against them. They blocked my funded acount and dashboard. They blocked me also from their discord. They not refunded my money. Stay warned guys. If you are profitable they reject your payout then block your acount and block you from their dashboard and kick out you. Be aware and dont waste money

We fund were very helpful and with a solid game plant I managed to successfully complete the phase 1 challenge

The sign up and registration were easy and straight forward. Transfers went smoothly and there were lots of welcome messages and directions if assistance was needed. After completing Phase One successfully I am happily trading for myself.

Do not even think about to even Buy a challenge , first wefund promote themselves from telegram channles and when you buy and pass a challenge everything would be smooth , but then you gonna request a payout after spending nights on screen dont expect a fair review just payout decline with unknown and fake reasons by risk team , i followed all consistency rules never breach any rule still they keep my acount on hold for three weeks and when i ask for a fair review they blocked acount by saying no activity breach !! LOL !! Beaware !! Save you hard-earn money from fraudulent!!

This company is garbage, fraudulent! They allow you to stack trades simultaneously, and at the time of payment, if you stack two trades, they accuse you of creating a grid! Run away from them! They only pay the promoters who bring in clients! Total garbage. According to their website rules, they allow stacking 5 simultaneous trades on the same instrument, and there's no restriction on whether the trades must be positive or negative! I stacked only three trades and they refused payment, accusing me of grid trading! In grid trading, the average is infinite; if the company limits stacking to 5 trades, only after that does it make sense to consider a grid strategy! They are fraudulent; they refused an audit of their numbers and their Discord precisely because they are deceiving many people. Many people are being scammed and posting about it on Twitter. If you need screenshots, I can send them.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. They've clearly been bought to make them look good.

shocking customer service, not helpful in the slightest. Trading rules so tight after a $5000 payout i received just short of $600.

Couldn't access my account for three weeks due to 'technical issues', under trading T&C's from WeFund i had to place a trade within 5 days. There was no viable trade and my account was closed

It's been a week, I'm still awaiting my account login credentials since purchase.

I started my challenge and passed it, have been trading with WeFund for 5 days now and everything is great so far, very excited for my first payout!! There is a very good dashboard, you have control of your stats, your payout, everything you need!

And the support is super! If i have had some questions about rules or how things work i got an answer and help within few minutes!
I will highly recomend WeFund to all who wants a profesional prop-firm and wants a smooth trading and superb support👍🏼
