Punctual, efficient, arrived on time, helpful and friendly young man he was very polite and unobtrusive also explained everything as we have never had a gas boiler previously

We would like to thank William and Robert for a job well done.
We are a retired couple with a disabled son.
We moved into the house and after the first winter Knew the existing boiler was not up to the job and there were problems with the diverter valves.
We had a quote to sort out the valves but this ran into 100's and still left us with a 13 year old boiler.
So a new boiler it was needed.
We had several quotes and Robert offered us the best deal.
The work was started but during installation the problems with the old boiler became more apparent causing more problems than expected.
On professional advice from Robert it was decided to change boiler type from system to combi.
Due to this the work over ran but both William and Robert worked on to ensure we had heating and hot water that day and came back the following day to clear up.
Also thanks to Calina for help with the paperwork

Within days of our boiler needing replacing, Robert, Will and Calli sorted, ordered and installed our new boiler with smart app thermostat. They sorted some historical tricky issues due to their commitment and care towards us. I don't think they stop working as they are very responsive and reply very quickly and get things booked in as soon as they can, even on Sunday evenings. Have recommended the team to friends who have also been happy with the service. I have booked in future work with the team so will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Great service. Plumber turned up on time, minimal fuss, shared the readings from my boiler & advised what it should be & that boiler was in good condition.
