We have been to Althof Retz a few times. Each visit tops the previous one. Being greeted by service personal, including the restaurant manager :"it's good to see you again" "thank you for coming back". "Dankeschön für ihre Freundlichkeit. " clean rooms. Lovely Spa area. Delicious lazy breakfast. 😋

We have bought a voucher for a hotel in Cavalese, Italy. Unfortunatly there is no way to book a room. Booking is only possible "in summer" (no further explanations from the guy from the service desk of the hotel) and you have to call 15 days bevor arrival to check whether a stay in the hotel is possible. Hotel Grünwald provides probably a few time slights per year. But nobody cares, if these time slots are not suitable for you and they do not publish the time slots. We have tried to book a room for many times and for 3 years. We have also tried to get our money back. Sueing would be the only chance (but who is the acussed? we are travel, the hotel, both? Is it worth the expense?). All the restrictions of the hotel (most part of the year the hotel seems to be closed) are not mentioned by we are travel in the hotel discription on their webside or the hotels webside. There is absolutly no helpfull support. " At least "we are travel" could have made contact to their contract-hotel and ask for a solution and a proper time slot - if we are travel would have had the will to do so. The Answer was: "contact the hotel - we are travel is not in charge". The company name "we are travel" might be a joke. Buying vouchers via we are travel seems to be a challange for gamblers - sometimes it works, sometimes not. We bought vouchers a few years ago (bevor corona) and everything went well. With other suppliers there are still no problems. Something must have changed at we are travel - there are more people on Trustpilot with simular experiences. My hint: save your money and book via an other booking-partner with more customer orientation.

We have bought a Livigno voucher. There is absolutely no chance to book a room , when one likes it. Hotel Mota provides one or two time slights per year , and nobody cares, if these time slots are convinient for you. We have tried to book a room many time in 3 years. No chance. We have also tried to get money back - no chance. To buy vouchers are not recommended, if you do not want to lose your 400 eu and more. Extremely bad service of both we are travel and hotel MOta
