From dad failure to superhero service!
We originally purchased our child’s nursery furniture, and are very happy with the quality and style. Recently it was time to transition the crib to a junior bed—and thanks to an updated model confusion by us—we ended up with the wrong one (purchased through Illums Bolighus).
Now enter: We Are Bitte’s superhero team! Not only did they swoop in to exchange the conversion kit with zero fuss, but they also offered to deliver it to our home. Honestly, I half-expected them to show up wearing superhero capes. The entire process was smoother than naptime on a Sunday afternoon (and that’s saying a lot for parents!).
Their customer service was hands-down next-level. Sure, they might only have nursery selections now, but I’m holding out hope that We Are Bitte will someday carry everything from kitchen tables to backyard swing sets. In the meantime, we’ll just keep admiring our fabulous kid’s bed (now the correct model!) and singing their praises to anyone who will listen.
