Recently visited to make that difficult decision on what to do about writing your own will. Lance cannot be recommended highly enough. He was forever the perfect professional and made the whole visit totally painless. Will definitely be referring him to all family and friends

Used WDS for the storage of house deeds and wills for many years. Costing last year £26. I recently requested the return of all documents and discovered that it would cost £46 to do this. There was no mention of this when they were deposited with them. The past two years have been quite stressful after losing my wife and then selling our home and I forgot to cancel the annual subscription. They are now charging me to get a refund of the latest payment.
A complete rip off. Would never have used them if I knew they operated this way.

WDS has been very prompt in responding to all emails and providing the documents we have requested as trustees (a trust originally set up by WDS). Being able to deal directly with both the team in Probate and Joe Graham in Trusts has been very reassuring.
