THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR $168.00
DO NOT ORDER from West Coast Cannabis! I ordered 4 bottles of MCT oil cbd tincture. They sent me rancid, expired grapeseed oil tincture instead of MCT oil cbd tincture. It tasted and smelled rotten. They admitted their error but refused to refund me, and said that I could not return it either. I must throw it out now and loose $168.00 to these scumbags,and for doing nothing wrong other than ordering from them online.
I am in my sixties, and need cbd oil to help with my extreme back pain.
They obviously do not care about their customers well being or finances, they only want to get the money up front from you.
You low lives, you should be ashamed!
Very sketchy business practices, no customer service, no phone number to reach them. They hide behind emails and leave you with no other options but to vent on social media in hopes of saving others from this.
They basically took my money, shipped me rancid product, and won't communicate with me further to resolve it. I consider it absolute THEFT.

Great selection of products and prices are affordable. I have two complaints: 1)Shipping takes longer than stated. That being said, I just adjust my order dates to account for the extra days. 2)They forgot a bag of candies once and they were unable to offer me any compensation because I didn't have myself opening the package on video haha So now I have to film myself opening the package everytime and it feels a little ridiculous.

Complete crooks. My package was lost by canada post who told me it was their fault so they will reimburse wcc. When I contacted them they are refusing to pay me back what canada post paid them. So they are stealing my money.$200 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!

Your budtenders are hustlers just tryin to get packages out the door for the Boss. Ordered paid for package on Dec 29/2025 and am not recieving it until Jan 06/2026 so as far as the confusion goes after being told I would have my parcel on the 2nd of January no I would not use this site again. I was lied to by a bud tender trying to hustle dope out the store like it was their store. Just know I won't ever try this site again. I hate liers with a passion and hope they all burn burn burn

Horrible customer service. I was sold a defective pen. Had to send multiple videos, to be told they’ll give me a credit. But I can’t use the credit with a discount code and it can’t be used for shipping.
So basically I need to spend MORE money in order to feel like I’m getting what I paid for. How is this even ok??
I will not be ordering with them again.

This is not a craft strain and have never seen it anywhere beside this site under the craft logo. I have been smoking the good stuff 30 years and when a 1 gran j dont even give me a buzz something wrong. I never complain but since diagnosed with cancer and very low on money , I expressed my issue the West Coast Cannabis . Advised there was no way this was close to 25% abd at the most maybe 15% THC. Burned horrible , tasted like shat and did not give me a buzz . It looks decent but looks are defiantly deceiving. Buyer very ware . I'd never order from here again . Moved to BUD EXPRESS NOW . much better deals .

They ask you to pay cash in advance and now I know why. You can't get that cash back when they short you on an order. And asking for the product you paid for and never received will get you exactly nowhere. They say "NO REFUNDS!!". Um, it's not a refund. It's them failing to give me what I paid for. That is theft. PERIOD. They did that to me twice and I'm done. They are a shady business which is obvious by the fact that they do not stand by their service, or product, and that you have to jump through weird hoops to pay and lie to your bank about and say "electronics" instead of cannabis.

It is a very reliable shop. There is always new products to try. The site is easy to navigate. All around great experience.

Wcc has been a go to for a few years..until recently…i still purchase from them …but prices have soared in the last couple years and im guessing the customer base has grown significantly…which imo has caused them to make changes to the site…like 2a quality is now 3a…3a is now classed 4a..and the craft is what they used to call 4a..ifcyou want quality ganja you have to purchase to craft …which is too expensive for most…very unfortunate…i could purchase any grade from them at first and be happy…now wcc is exactly like the rest…very hit and miss..😭

I was not impressed with the product at all! One of my live resins was basically liquid and it was not that hot at the time so no reason for it. The other complaint is the taste, form a cart to shatter and even the live resin did not taste good! I only ordered from them because my regular site were low on product I wanted. Never again

I recently ordered some cannabis from these guys and because of the Canada Post strike, my medicine is NO longer going to be delivered. This company is moving forth with new orders and is going to use another courier company but... both myself and many others will not be getting their products and WCC has not offered to refund me or to give me anything other than sleazy excuses. I will NEVER do business with these guys and if you are smart, you should do yourself a favor and NOT order anything from these guys as they have left a lot of customers high and dry and with out their medicine, their money back and without compensation. I am now out 150.00, my medicine and now I am totally screwed as I am on a pension and can not afford to go anywhere else as these guys took my money already and they have no intention of returning any of it. BOYCOTT WCC!

Used to be great site...but lately they take forever to take your order down to the post office to actually send it. Placed an order in Sunday and it won't be here till next Monday and im in the same province it ships from...What kind of service is that? Its not canada posts fault when you're not bringing the orders to ship out for 5 days
