I am just now starting out with the platform and as expected there are growing pains. I have reached out to support several times a week and each time they have been quick and responsive, including a few minutes ago where they resolved my issue in 5 minutes. That's really all you want in a service. Attention and communication. Side note: Reaching out to support as been two-fold: To identify bugs, which they correct immediately, making it a stronger platform, and for simple "how do I do..", which they explain clearly. They are very open to suggestion as well.

I experienced a fantastic service from Arindam. From my initial enquiry online, I was able to book a call on the same day and he gave me a really good demonstration of the system. He answered every question I had with examples and followed up with me the following day to help connect my services. I had a few more questions in the coming days and he happily arranged another call to answer any concerns. I’m very pleased with everything so far and the onboarding was fantastic, it helps knowing that the customer support is as good as the product and I have no concerns. I highly recommend him and Wcard. Really looking forward to this project!!!

Excellent balance of customisation and ease of use. Tried multple platforms, either too basic or too complex and expensive. This is the perfect balance of features, customisation, ease of use and cost as well. Highly recommend.

I have using wCard since years and it’s like a mini website I am using and sharing my work as creative person to the whole world. I Trust me, it’s really quick and cool way to share your services and contact details. Technical support is really helpful. Thanks and really appreciate.

Would avoid.

Been considering this company for 30 days as a consumer and a business.

First time they did not show up to my demo for a business meeting. They want $1000 to join the reseller programme but did not show.

I then used the platform as a consumer. I use it for a day or so, decided it is not for me. Ask for a refund and to cancel. They refuse refund of $6.99. I have used hundreds of platforms and softwares and have received refunds always from 1-30days after deciding it is not for me.

I have reported them to stripe, and I am happy I did not pay $1000 for reseller plan.

It is just 2 indian guys in a bedroom, and these reviews are fake in my opinion. I would avoid.

It is a shame they valued $6.99 more than anything else.

I am sure they will comment something here trying to justify it. I would ignore it and avoid. My opinion and experiences as someone who uses a lot of softwares and platforms.
