Account locked after big win
I hit a decent win of 200 on Money Train and next login my account was under review. Support said it’s routine security, but it feels weird that it happened right after I won. Still locked two days later. I’m sure it’ll resolve, but the timing makes me uneasy.

Withdrawal fee was a surprise
Cashed out 80 EUR and noticed I only received 77 in my Neteller account. Turns out there’s a small processing fee that wasn’t mentioned anywhere obvious during the withdrawal process. I guess it’s not a huge amount but I don’t like hidden costs.

If your balance is under a certain amount you just can’t withdraw. Either you gamble it and probably lose, or leave it stuck. Other casinos at least let you take small amounts to clear the account.

Logged in fine in the morning. At night it says my account is locked due to “security reasons” with no explanation. Had to send documents again even though I was verified. Took two days and a lot of messages to fix. Very annoying.

Limited deposit methods
I tried to deposit using ApplePay and it wasn’t available. Only saw Visa, Skrill, and bank transfer. I don’t use Skrill and didn’t want to wait for a transfer, so I had to use my card which I prefer not to. Not a dealbreaker but fewer options than I expected for a modern site.
