Got a volleyball shoes from them, cost over £120 , after one ise ( training inside the volleyball hall) the shoe tore, ( plastic & cheap fabric). Email the company and attached some photos it was in the warranty period too . Had a reply that they can refund me 20$ and I can give them the shoes somewhere to repair!
Unbelievable.

Purchase way of wade avocado six 8 for my son[Dec. 14,2025] and he tried it on just once, the grip was good except hus right side ankle was bleeding a bit because he said there's a sharp thing that's poking on it. We returned it and when they re ieved it the customer service emailed me thay they can't give me a refund because it has been used. [Of course my son has to try it on if it fits,how will he know if the shoes is comfortable or not] and they have to return the shoes back again. All we wanted was to return it and have it replace. But they return the shoes back to me.

Daughter really wanted new shoes for sports. Way Of Wade sells out quickly but we found 3 pairs in her size to try. She kept one that she likes and company helped me return 2 other pairs!.

All City 13 Shoe Blew Out
Our son had been wearing the All City 13 "Road to Finals" basketball shoes for about a month before the entire side of his right shoe blew out. Company didn't offer to replace the pair of shoes or give us a full refund like I've heard other brands do. We've owned about 7 pair of Wade shoes without issues.
