Ordered for a small Semla, got charged for a large Semla. They say they don’t return the extra money they charged but we can choose to buy something else. And the worst part is the Semla was old and hard. Total incompetence from the guy taking our order. I’d say if you are not interested in your work then don’t do it.
One gets a very small frozen yoghurt compared to the one advertised on the poster.
Of course I had complained to the staff, who said basically that this is what i get ".". Disappointed - not inclined to go there again. (Like today we had been group of 7 consuming in this coffee shop.)
