Makes Managing Leads and Follow-Up Much Easier
I've been using Wayfinder OS for my sales work, and it's made managing leads and follow up significantly easier.
The biggest advantage is having everything in one place. The CRM, dialer, email, text, calendar, video calls, payment processing, and marketing tools are all connected, so I'm not constantly jumping between different platforms.
The CRM is probably the feature I use most. It makes it very easy to schedule follow up tasks and stay on top of second, third, fourth, and fifth outreaches without leads slipping through the cracks. I can also quickly send saved email and text templates, which saves a lot of time when managing a large pipeline.
I also really like having the cart built directly into the system. I can be looking at a client's information and, from the same platform, create an order, process a card, or set up a subscription or payment plan.
The AI agent has been surprisingly useful as well. I recently received a text from a number I didn't recognize asking to transfer programs. Instead of searching through the CRM manually, I asked the AI agent who the number belonged to and it immediately identified the client for me. It's also great for quickly answering questions when I'm unsure how something in the system works.
Another major benefit is being able to get transcripts of both phone calls and video meetings. I use those to review conversations, improve my sales process, and make sure important details from client interactions aren't missed.
There are also solid marketing features, including email blasts, open and response rate data, and the ability to see which videos or sources specific leads came from.
Overall, Wayfinder OS has helped me stay much more organized and consistent with my sales process. Having CRM, communication, payments, AI, call analysis, and marketing data all under one roof makes it a very useful system for anyone managing a serious sales pipeline.
