Terrible
They changed the order after we placed it, so we cancelled the order and even though they had not given to courier, they would not cancel. So we had to go through the whole rigmarole of waiting for delivery, then arranging pick up and return and then refund all taking over a week, just because they were incapable of cancelling the order that had not even dispatched.

I loved the products I ordered
I loved the products I ordered.
Only problem is I live on my own I'm a pensioner, and the delivery men don't delivery to bedroom.
I asked him he said he is not insured and had a sore hand.
For that reason I wouldn't be able to order heavy items again.

Don’t honour warranty
I bought a set of two chairs last September. One broke in November and was replaced by wayfair with no problems. The second chair of the set is now breaking but apparently they won’t replace or refund as more than six months has elapsed since the first chair was replaced. This is despite the chairs having a one year warranty which should still be in place. Person I spoke to in the help team was very nice and apologetic but this is unacceptable
