bad intake not good for big hits

Was the item I ordered, but wrong color. I even took extra time to make sure that wouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed. Makes me Leary to attempt ordering another product for fear it will show up wrong or worse.
061722 I've been using the product, cause it's a great product. I'd had one like it before but it got misplaced. That's the reason I ordered one. The product itself wasn't the issue. It's the color. Pink and white. I'd ordered green, even green blue and white would've been an acceptable substitute. It's like smoking from a marital aid. 🤣

Numerous orders were accidentally order,due to it was saying it wasn't processing. When I messaged to cancel, no reply! When I messaged about shipping info, as it was just added with a note and no idea who was delivering, no answer!!!! Customer service is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased their newest E-rig in May 2022, The Dabber. There aren't too many reviews out right now, most are from Youtubers who were sent the product. After a learning curve, I've really been enjoying it! The price was great and the quality is excellent. After a week of regular use (cleaning it with iso and q-tips after each sesh) it's in pretty much the same condition I got it. I see it lasting a while, especially since their was an extra coil included.

The buying experience was great too. I was able to use Sezzle to pay, that's very nice. It was in my hands 4 days after pressing buy, couldn't be happier on that front. I'll be shopping with them again in the future, especially if their other silicone products are as good as this e-rig.

My only complaint is that the instructions and packaging are in less than perfect English. They are understandable, but trial-and-error was necessary to learn when the instructions weren't completely clear.

They have always been trustful and loyal to me. Every package has delivered on time and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend recommend. Keep doing awesome guys

Waxmaid makes my favorite type of silicone pipe - the horn rig is great and I've ordered the whole set twice with the glass pipe, too. I use it to dab oil concentrates and it works great. The silicone stays remarkably solid even after many uses. The glass ware is good quality and durable. Waxmaid is the best!

I've reached out four different times to Waxmaid's email, the websites contact us page, Instagram and even called the number provided. No answer or reply just wanted some help with getting the package tracking sorted out. But I did get emails two from the website asking for a review so.....
Any way This site seems to be a scam they do have good reviews and I wish I could have been one.

It’s survived the delivery in a soft plastic bag with bubble wrapped products. Four Stars for sending the wrong color of one item.

Website is sketchy. Order got placed twice due to error message... Took 3 days to hear back that I would be credited for the second order. The discount didn't happen even though promo code was entered and visible on site as I placed my order. There has been no update on shipping and it is 12 days since I placed the order and I live about an hour away from San Leandro where the shop supposedly is (although the charge on my credit card said they are in China). I am still not sure if I will even get the item I ordered. It is just not a professional experience. Weed has moved into big business as legalization has happened and this company is not keeping up at all.

Product was delivered but missing parts. Contacted customer support they were unprofessional and dismissive. After having to educate them on their own product they apologized and said a replacement part would be sent. I have yet to receive the part.

Never got a receipt or tracking number until I reached out. Also the site did not say how long delivery was. That would be good information to know so I could track my items easier. It's been a week since I ordered my items and it has been showing "in transit" since May 2nd. 😐

I am having problems again trying to order a 9 inch silicone bong. I also have received another extra mini bong which I didn’t order. Can you please help me order what I want and help me return the 2 I don’t want. And take off my card. Thank you so much.

I ordered the Waxmaid 8" Upgraded Capsule Silicone Glass Nectar Collector Kit. It came 2 days early & works great. Even better than I expected. Very happy with my purchase.

Product was shipped, however usps never delivered to my correct mail box. Tracking shows delivered however I still have not received the order. 👎🏽
