I have been sent the wrong order
I have been sent the wrong order. I've emailed them but no response. I have called which it said to do if urgent but no answer. I have left 2 voicemails but no call back. Its disappointing as products are lovely and I've ordered alot from them but the communication is poor and I don't have my original order which was for my mums 65th birthday tomorrow.

Hi Sharon, i can see your order was shipped as normal the day after you ordered it, apologies for the lack of communication we have had some staff off which has had an effect on our emails and messages being delayed so big apologies. Can you please get in touch if this still didn't arrive? The first point of call is always to check the local sorting office as if they have tried to deliver it but nobody was home they take it back and hold it for 18 days so it sounds like that's what has happened here.
