Wawa 539 Tuckerton Fuel Attendants
This review is specifically for the fuel attendants at the wawa on 539. My problem is with the way they remove and reinstall my gas cap. Seems like a really simple thing but they mess it up almost every time. They remove the gas cap and then they stick it in a hole inside the open gas door. This may actually be a holder for the gas cap, I don't think so though. The problem is that it gets stuck in there and when you go to remove it seems like it's going to break your gas cap. Also they don't know how to install a gas cap. You tighten the gas cap to one click and that's it. They tighten it to about 30 clicks every time. Seems like a very simple thing but they don't seem to have a clue.
Not all wawa are bad
Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing it at that time but I’ve been told they can’t sell it until 6 (Does that make any sense?) I’ve called corporate on them twice even went into the location and left my phone number for the manager to call me back. He called one time and has not returned my phone call. I know some people are Wawa fans, but do yourself a favor and stay away from that location you don’t wanna be disappointed like I was. This happens all the time.

They both deserve it for their professionalism, true help, and care!!!
Wawa Seminole tr Charlottesville
The Wawa on Seminole trail in Charlottesville Va is not responsive to travellers needs. I wanted to heat up my tea and they refused to put it in the microwave. Claimed it was WaWa policy.
I went across to Sheetz and they were happy to help.
Avoid Wawa if you want good customer service!!!
Store #595
Store #595
I went to this location this morning to grab some Redbull on my way to work. all the signage posted stated 2 12oz cans for $6. when i got to the cooler is was practically empty. I asked the team member if he could locate the cans I wanted. He went in the back and came out shortly after saying they didn't have the product in 12oz only in 8 oz. I asked if I could get 3 8oz cans equaling the 24oz special they were advertising. He went to the General Manager who said No. It would mess up their inventory. Apparently the correct number of cans they have is more important than the customers and honoring the advertising they have all over the store. Maybe if they were actually on top of tracking inventory they would have had the product I was looking for. I have worked in retail for decades and i know the customer isn't always right but I also know what exceptions and discounts can be done. The Manager is able to key in 3 cans and discount 1 so the price totals out correctly which would alleviate the inventory issue. Maybe is the General Manager even bothered to come out and talk to me about the issue we could have came to a resolution but he/she just didn't care enough to try to help. Customer service is a joke in this store.

I would not eat at this location extremely Bad customer service n food, they have Roaches..

While they have some good food what I've gotten recently has left me with a cough & dry mouth & a stomach ache? I'm not sure if it's a cleanliness issue or with the food. Wawa used to be my favorite place... they had chili, sweet potatoes & always hot & fresh. The food in convenience stores or wawa down here do not have the freshest or best food?? The restroom wasn't clean...a fog in the air... no soap & litter on the floor
Coffee prices going up, fresh bakery itemsmall
12 oz coffee now $2.23, quick check 20 oz cheaper.
Wawa fresh bakery items shrinking faster than my wallet. Not worth the price anymore.
Today I shredded my WaWa credit card
Today I shredded my WaWa credit card. This rating only pertains to the WaWa on Route 50 in Fairfax Va.
Although I have consistently purchased gas from this location, recently I attempted to use the app. to get a discount. Three out of four pumps posted a message "sorry this pump off line". In addition the restroom is always dirty and in general the store is not clean. I hasten to say that WaWa in the past has been my favorite convenient stop and I have often recommended it to others. The Fairfax store is an exception.
Hold on gas pumps ..like $175
Hold on gas pumps ..like $175. Long wait for food.
Second time I’ve order the create you…
Second time I’ve order the create you own bowl that most of what I paid for was not in the final product. Order the pulled pork bowl with rice/black beans, lettuce, onions, cucumbers, crispy jalapeños, sweet peppers, with creamy dressing, sal, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. And for the second time the only ingredients in the bowl was the pulled pork, rice/black bean, and huge pieces of onion, and dressing. I’ve learned that you need to check your order before leaving(which I didn’t do). Throughly disappointed….especially since I order food items at least two times a weeks a week. This was at the Lake Placid, Florida Wawa, order #549, 3:18 p.m.
WAWA customer service is the WORST
WAWA customer service is the WORST. Not able to speak to a human being. IVR going around in circle and still no human being to be found. The WORST of the WORST. Stay away from WAWA..
Only wish there were a ZERO STARS option!
Only wish there were a ZERO STARS option! Have spent over an hr trying to reach a LIVE PERSON, but a robotic system is all I can get. WAWA's online statements NEVER tally up to what they should be -- and their website navigation is probably the worst in the industry. Simple searches are made as complicated as can be. My WAWA credit card has been cut into tiny pieces...and I had joy doing so!

I ordered deliveries for a 12 count of K cups so I can make my own coffee here at my home. Whomever they have delivering these things sent me a 12 ounce cup of coffee. So I called the one 800 number and they are no help. What is the answering service for if they cannot accommodate those who have been delivered the wrong product?. zero stars if I could. I spoke to somebody who thought they were being a smart Alec saying their name spelled, HONEY. Because I referred to her as a hun. Never ever will. I give my money to this delivery service again for Wawa. Rude incompetent and inexperienced drivers.

Used to order several times per week but got tired of cold food and delivery orders being wrong.
Last time I ordered received a message from delivery driver telling me they were out of what I ordered and that is the last thing I heard contacted Wawas several times for a refund just to get a bullshit apology and to contact another department. Will never order from them again and will never spend another dollar at any of their stores
Wawa did that
I went to the one on 1st street in Bradenton, FL, the store was very clean, and the staff was super friendly, The Gm was there in the Deli making food and came out to help me order my food, Ali was her name very helpful and very nice. Best Wawa experience I have had in a while. Yummy food too
Not impressed anymore
I would be hard pressed to ever again walk into a Wawa.
For years, I was a fan, becoming one of their first rewards members. I regularly purchased gasoline, food, beverages and Wawa gift cards.... many gift cards.
In recent years, Wawa made changes... Not for the better.
Wawa changed their rewards program, giving less and less as the prices on their sandwiches, etc went up and up.
Often times, I never received credit for my hoagie purchases, even though the cashiers scanned my card. Most of the time, I had thrown the receipt away. When I remembered to save the receipt, I called their corporate number to give them the info, only to be treated like my call wasn't important.
After Wawa installed the automatic change machines connected to the cash register, I was shorted as much as 40 cents on several visits.
The final straw was this past week. Wawa sent out an e-mail on Dec 11th 2024 stating that any Wawa gift certificates over $75, purchased by a certain date would ship out for free with the code FREESHIP. Since I planned on purchasing a $100 gift certificate, I wanted to take advantage of their offer.
There were issues with the Wawa site. It refused my credit card numerous times, resulting in my credit card company freezing my card. I called Wawa customer service who transferred me to Halo Branded Solutions, the company that handles Wawa offers. As it wasn't resolved with that call, the Halo rep said that she would call me the following day, which she did. The next morning, she told me that their system was down and that she would call me later that day, which she did. It still refused my credit card, even after I got the freeze removed. She offered to try my other credit card and it went through.
During our numerous conversations, I had expressed to her that the only reason I called was because I wanted to take advantage of the free shipping on their gift cards.
I gave her the recipient's name (which was misspelled on their e-mailed receipt) along with my info. Later that day, I saw a charge on my credit card for $107.18.
I called and spoke with a different rep, explaining that there shouldn't be a shipping charge. Her ready answer was that the bill initially shows the shipping charge, however it would be removed when the gc ships out.
Shortly after we hung up, she called me back stating that she was told that unless I get a "virtual" number (rather than an actual card), there would be a shipping charge. I didn't want a virtual number, as they easily get misplaced.
I told her to cancel the order. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from Wawa stating that my order had been cancelled and that my payment was refunded.
3 days later, in checking my credit card online, I saw that the $107.18 was posted to my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Thanks, Wawa. The e-mail you sent out is misleading, your website malfunctions and your help is less than impressive.

Terrible I've emailed them twice about a rewards sale that none of there employees have a clue how it works and it costed me over 80 dollars and you think they would maybe try to make It right for an everyday customer...
Nope two emails and they basically told me I'm hit and they did nothing unreal
Wawa Fleet Card CHANGED my card type without my consent
Wawa Fleet Card CHANGED my card type! I signed up for the card as a fleet credit card, meaning there can be a balance that carries over. I did not use the card for several years and then used it and it had been changed to a charge card, meaning your balance is due in full each billing cycle/month. This is fraud! They lied to me and said that they do not have Fleet Credit Cards (Michelle stated this, and clearly they do have Fleet Credit Cards). They do. They lied and said that I never signed up for the credit card. Which I did sign up for the credit card in 2021. Ray Wormwood confirmed that there are 2 different applications (the one that he can issue is different from the one I signed up for. When speaking to Michelle, she confirmed that there is no information on their end that they could see on my account. Ray magically finds info...that is not accurate as to my account sign up type). The Terms and Conditions of my credit card was changed to a charge card...without my consent. The company gaslights their business clients. They lied on me and my business more than once, and will do the same to yours. I even stated that my account could have been altered due to inactivity, but that was not the case. It was changed without my consent and when I noticed and immediately inquired about it, I was lied to, lied on and the bait and switch confirmed by the fact that they have 2 different applications (one that can be emailed by the Sales Department and the one that you get at the pump) and that their processes are not succinct across the company, as one agent told me that they can "make your account into revolving" (which is the type of account I signed up for already), and then I was told that one has to close the current account and then apply for a new revolving (that they already had). It is becoming a trend to bait and switch small business owners, so just know before you do business with Wawa and other companies.
I have the Yuka app which checks…
I have the Yuka app which checks ingredients and I always get bacon egg and cheese sizzle and it’s atrocious is like nine hazardous ingredients in the sandwich
