Had a good experience in trying out the new connector.

The only issue I had, was using it for the first time. I pushed the pipe into the connector until it met quite a hard resistance. But after disassemblying it i realised that I had not actually pushed the pipe in far enough. This in my view could cause operational issues. There should be clear instructions to make a note of how far the pipe should be inserted by making a mark on the pipe corresponding to the amount of space to accept it and to inform that the correct force observed when inserting the pipe to ensure it was fully inserted.
Also I would have liked a double click for locking to make the device more secure.
Otherwise a great product. Easy to assemble and take apart.

Quite neat and compact. I assume the pipe end cannot sustain too many cycles of disassembly.

Old type were difficult to remove with tool Especially when connected for a long time You went back the way with old type Now just need to keep price down
Much neater for alternative if pipes are exposed

The new keyless fitting is greatly improved on the old system which was badly let down with the difficulty of demountable the fittings.

Great product, very easy to use

I recently received some free samples from Hep2O and was genuinely impressed. The fittings were very easy to use, everything connected smoothly, and the whole system feels well designed and reliable.

As a complete DIY amateur, I managed to redo the plumbing under my kitchen sink in about half an hour with no special tools and no stress. That says a lot about how user-friendly the system is.

Great quality, simple installation, and a really smart solution for home plumbing projects. Highly recommended.

Very good product design, seems like this could solve having to carry those keys around anymore. Quick and easy to operate.

excellent well made fitting, looks good with smooth lines, locking by twisting cap makes it easy to secure pipe, and twist back to unlock to remove pipe.
would like a clearer mark on fitting to show if fitting is locked or not.

Better than older system easy to be reused

The new Hep2O keyless fitting arrived as a trail and upon opening the sample you can tell its not some cheap fitting. It feel robust and likely made of a good material, well made and certainly feels like its up to the job. Very impressed so far, simple and easy to use. Handy for quick demounting without the need for a key!

Thanks for sending the keyless sample ive always used hep20 fittings as they give me piece of mind and ive never had any issues with them after looking at the sample I like them and will probably use those again 🙂

Very good locking system. Quality material

So I like these fittings they are a little smaller than other push fits and reasonable value when purchased in bulk.

Received sample promptly and kit enabled me to see how parts worked. I wanted samples to compare with plastic tubes and fittings on a boat so that I could identify whether they were Hep2. They are not do you know what make they are if I send a pic?
