Terrible customer service after care but i finally got a phone call to sort put the issues ive had no communication untill noe and 2 different units. Thr tubs themselves are great and when on the ball the team can be amazing... thank you spa uk but please do have a call centre for communication
Elizabeth was very good at answering my questions and sorting the situation. Hopefully getting the items sent to me that were on the deal when ordering.
(Filters and starter kit with every hot tub) that wasn’t added to my basket as out of stock.

Fantastic support from Sophie.
I was a little confused as to whether or not I should have received a thermal cover with my recently purchased Wave Garda 4 person spa.
With great communication and a professional approach, she soon cleared up any confusion.
My first time using the Help service and as a result I won’t hesitate to use it again should the need arise.
Also the hot tub is fantastic and highly recommended.

I had a few ongoing issues with my hot tub and Milly has been brilliant throughout. She was so helpful, always quick to respond, and genuinely understanding of the whole situation. She kept everything clear and made the process really easy. The broken part was replaced and I’ve had no problems at all since. I’ve been really impressed with Wave and with Milly in particular — I’ll definitely be going back to Wave when I upgrade next year and I’ll happily recommend them to friends and family.

After 3 replaced heating units - finally got a new hot tub. It was the wrong size - much smaller. Asked for a refund on the difference- denied. After my initial review of the quality and service, Wave agreed to $100 refund - that was several weeks ago. It is apparent they don’t stand behind their product. You were willing to send me 3 new heating units (which you have to replace yourself) but won’t even refund the difference when you mess up and send the wrong replacement tub. We should have just stuck with Coleman. Would never buy from this company again.
It should also be known- they only agreed to the $100 IF I changed my initial review!

Ordered a light for my hot tub and a piece that was needed to attach it to the water inlet was missing. Within less than 24 hours of emailing I had a response and a new part being sent out immediately. Brilliant customer service from Antria. Thank you

Over the years I’ve had many encounters with customer service representatives, not all of which have been positive. But I really need to say how proactive this company have been at not just responding to my queries but going above and beyond in their solutions. Their staff are polite, efficient and highly effective at communicating. I feel very well informed about the status of my enquiry. The lady who has been handing my enquiry is called Elizabeth and I can’t rate her highly enough. Some people are meant to work with people and she is one of them. Great company, great customer care, fantastic product. Would 100% recommend.
