Was very nervous and didn’t need to be. Donald put me at ease straight away - cleared my impacted wax painlessly. I can’t recommend him enough. Will certainly go back if I ever need such a procedure again. Thank you!

Donald was very friendly and put me at ease. He explained everything he was doing very well, using clear images to show the different parts of the ear and how it worked. It was all very interesting.

Great analysis and explanation given on my ears. Would recommend Waves to anyone needing in depth analysis done on their hearing.

My experience today with Donald at waves was amazing, such a friendly guy, very reassuring, took his time, spoke to me and explained in detail about concerns I had, instantly put me at ease. Will definitely go back and see him again without a doubt. Also before meeting Donald, very quick replies on emails or WhatsApp, good advice and totally trust him. It wasn't a rushed in out appointment either. 5 stars doesn't even feel like enough.

Excellent, friendly and professional service. Donald went above and beyond and managed to accommodate my request for a higher frequency hearing test. His knowledge is insane and gave me loads of helpful advice on sound and perception of it which was beyond the scope of the appointment.

Donald so lovely and professional. This was a follow up to me getting my ears syringed and hearing checked a few months ago. My hearing not 100% due to poss genetic condition and advised to monitor it. Greatly appreciative on Donald's advice :-)

Donald thoroughly checked my ears and explained what was causing my symptoms in a way that I easily understood.

Visited for the first time yesterday and had the best experience! I finally got my ears impressions taken for my custom ear plugs, which I would recommend for all the surfers and water sports people out there. I also got my ears cleaned prior to this and it was such a great and pain free experience. Very informative and friendly!

My wife booked a last minute appointment for my son to get ear wax removal having been let down by the NHS.
She called the clinic to see if they had any same day availability. Donald kindly squeezed him in at the end of the day.
Donald provided a thorough explanation of the procedure then running commentary during it.
Highly recommend.

I’ve experienced severe ear blockage problems over the last 5 years and have to have my ears cleared every 5/6 weeks due to narrowing of my outer ear canals. Donald at WAVES has been the best audiologist I’ve seen in that time. He’s so good I travel from Glasgow to Edinburgh to see him. First class treatment, a fantastic person, trustworthy, easily accessible location, just the best audiologist out there that I know. If you have any ear issues, need any in ear monitoring as a musician, which I am, you HAVE to see Donald.
