Inform their orders dept. personnel to accept my payment, so that my subscription will not become deactivated! I have scheduled audio mixing session today, with a new client! Thanks to Waves CS team, I will able to complete today’s session, as scheduled! In my opinion, Waves plugin bundles provide high quality plugins that are top of the line. My mixing are sound professionally recorded, mixed and mastered! I am truly recommending all skill level music producers, artists, or mixing engineers to give Waves plugins a test drive! They never be disappointed, guaranteed! DVW!

Very user friendly to the point of use plug in library. No nonsense' dial and knobs no one ever needs, straight to processing purpose, staff will recommend the best of the bunch for your genre and why, recommended high🪐

Confusing sales strategies with multiple emails and special alternative codes but if everything isn’t done perfectly you’ll miss out on their “2 plugin free” offer.
And they don’t care. Customer support says you did it wrong. You didn’t read the fine print. And the whole thing is set up so that you don’t know you messed up until afterwards when you try to select your free plugins and can’t, while any operation that cares about its customers (and sales rather than re-sales) does the opposite, guiding them into the promotion by adding notices to their cart about what they’re missing out on by pushing the button.

Edit: after a week and a half with customer support, encompassing 3-4 polite emails, I was able to add to my purchase and receive the free plugins. But this will help remind me to turn off the sale emails (especially when the licenses I just got expire a year from now)

Wasn't happy when I upgraded my laptop and had to buy all the plugins I already purchased again. But I was calmed down by the agent I was chatting with and we found a solution.

Some of the waves plugins are very usable - and unique, but most aren't. You can get very similar plugins from other places, often for free. Plus, if you upgrade your computer or have to change computers it's really hard to change where the plugins are registered too. You can put the registration on a USB drive or Stick - don't know if the stick will work on multiple computers but the USB drive can only be used with one computer - so why even bother. And then there's the forced upgrades for plugins.

yes i took a little while to get my problem resolved. its on my part i geuss. i should have got a hold of a live agent right away other then. emailing for help. but i got my plugins installed and activated 5 mins after talking my the most helpful guy Khussh. He gave me a link to apply for my 2ed license to use on tell i am able to recover my 1st license. thanks for the awesome plugsa and 5 star plug ins and help. cant wait to make some more money when i get a job again. And get more of these top notch plug ins. much love from Canada.

Waves plugins and support are amazing. Everything works smoothly, and the overall experience has been excellent. I had a problem with InTrigger. The support I called by telephone was very competent and very patient, empathic and helpful! First of all it is very cool of waves.com to be available on the phone these days....I wish other companies would do the same! Most companies are not available by phone anymore. And by mail the waiting time is unpredictable....

The Plugins are great or at least good. Got quiet a few of waves plugins, some really amazing, some at least good at what they were intended to do. The support is amazing. Even if it is your own stupidity, they are calm and willing to help. But: They have so many sales, never buy a plugin at full price.
