Major IT problems resolved…
Major IT problems were resolved amazingly well by Corey, would have given ten out of ten stars if an option. The tech was causing huge problems but he sorted everything out, even though the numerous problems needed a long time to work through, great patience and knowledge. If only all companies gave this level of support.

Service Review
I think as a whole Wavenet do the best they can, being a middleman between us and the network providers, who can be very difficult to deal with. There is room for improvement when it comes to getting responses to queries and fault reports reported to Wavenet and sometimes it can be very hard to speak to a person when you need help.
Our main order contact is Pegah Yakhchaliha, I find her a pleasure to work with and she provides a vital role keeping us up to date with our order progress and dealing with issues that arise during the installation process. Her updates are provided in timely and clear manor and we very rarely have issues in our dealings.

Efficient, Reliable and Supportive.
Wavenet is the best company to be partner-up with - their service has been amazing throughout the 3 years we have been with them. I would continue using their services, and would recommend to others without a doubt.
