Don't Buy The Notebook!!

Fake website advertises their wavel digital notebook as being a top of the line, highly recommmended product! All lies. No where on the site does it mention the product is coming from China either. Recieved a cheap paper notebook with a digital pen. Can't get it to work. Total waste of money! Why return it and spend more on shipping. They wil,l get it back and not refund you. they get their crappy product back and you are out not only the price of the product, but the return shipping as well. They will just sell to another unknowing individual anyways.

Very unhappy with Wavel customer service.

I made the mistake of not thoroughly reading the description of what the product is and purchased it as there were only two left. I thought I was getting a book reader but it actually is a digital notebook. After discovering my error I immediately (within half an hour) attempted to contact the company to cancel the order. The only contact is through email, no chat or telephone number. I sent two successive emails with no response. Two and a half days later I received an email that they were sorry the package had been shipped. They have people working to process orders and collect money but no one there to read customers emails. The package arrived and I made two attempts to contact the company by email to return the product but received no response. Once the company had my money, they are none. I’m out $250 US. I’m very unhappy. This company has really poor customer service with only email for contacting them and in my case, no interest in resolving issues once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I paid $250 for their notebook. I received a nice three ring binder with paper for taking notes, a plastic pen for taking notes worth maybe $15 and a charging cord. I was a sucker for buying from them. Everything they sent is probably worth $25. The interface is your cell phone! This is a total scam!!
To return it, the buyer must pay for shipping to China, pay a 15% restocking fee. Fine print says if there is damage from shipping, Wavel refunds nothing. If it gets held up in customs, Wavel pays nothing!
DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!
I was scammed and lost $250. Please don’t be their next victim!!!

I contacted the site and they advised I would need to send it back at my cost packaged with protection and they would deduct the cost per condition! Totally distisfied with the condition it arrived in and the response from Wavel

Digital Notebooks Do Not Work At All Do Not Buy

I ordered 2 digital notebooks and paid a total of $644.30 AUD. They rely on a smartpen the notebook and the Masterben App. The device is meant to be connect via Bluetooth. I doesn't work at all. The smartpen cannot connect. The video instructions are terrible and don't load properly. However they are also very basic so of little use anyway. I will be seeking a full refund.

Wavel Mini Projector …

I purchased the Wavel mini poor picture quality. I should have gone to Trust Pilot before buying.
Terrible customer service experience and return policy is a joke 15% restocking fee and you’re responsible for postage to 2 addresses.
Don’t waste your money the experience is not worth it.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I paid for express shipping it’s been almost 11 days customer service is non existent. When I did get a reply they told me that the express shipping isn’t e press shipping it’s only to expedite the order through their warehouse. Nothing to do with the speed or level of service of the shipment. Absolutely terrible customer service and days late replying.

They came back and offered a 3% discount across the order to keep the order, which I rejected and now won't respond to my requests to confirm when a refund will be issued - They are saying that the order will be shipped as planned - NOT HAPPY

Faulty Product. Stay away. Scammers!!!

I recently bought a wavel baby monitor from this company back in October only to find out there was a fault. The camera would not sync with the monitor meaning we could not get it to work. We paid €209 for this product one of the more expensive products on the market. I had sent them an email with the explanation along with a video and the below is there response.


1.We can refund 10% of your order amount while you keep the product.
Why the hell would I keep the product if it doesn’t work and then offer me €20. Terrible customer service

2.You can return the item for a refund (shipping cost will be at your expense). Once we receive the undamaged product, we'll process your refund minus any applicable handling fees.

Important Note: Please don't send any returns until we provide the correct return address. The address on your package is not our returns facility - sending items there may result in loss.
Please let me know which option you prefer so I can assist you further.

So basically the customer is at fault here for ordering the product with this company. Please do not order anything from this customer they clearly don’t value your business.

To make it clear I had never asked for a refund. All I wanted was a replacement product. We have had to since go out and buy a new many monitor.

Disgraceful customer service!!
