It says on the website that if you're not fully satisfied with your product you can get a 30 day money back guarantee. It even says 'simply return for a full refund'. This did not happen. They revealed after I emailed them once the product arrived and looked nothing like what I'd ordered that I would have to pay for returns which would cost between $30-40. Therefore, they'd offer my a 10% return. I finally accepted a 30% return but lost lots of money from the initial cost. I phoned my bank and he said he gets hundreds of complaints about this company. Do Not Use Them!!!

Sweater feels warm without adding too much weight. I’ve been very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

The cardigan actually turned out a bit better than I expected, and the customer service team was helpful again, which was nice. Overall it was just an easy, pleasant experience — nothing super memorable, but no complaints either.

WARNING: Stay away from Wilson and carter! They pose as a high-quality London company ("Wilson and carter London"), but they are actually a fraudulent Chinese operation. What I ordered vs. what I got was a complete joke—the blouse I received is disgusting, cheap rubbish with terrible sewing.

Bought. Vest top. Too small. They wouldn't exchange or refund. This is an American Company, delivery takes weeks.
I was offered a discount off another purchase as compensation. Didn't happen. They string you along . They advertised refunds within thirty days, they certainly don't. Quality is very poor. Be aware!!

Knitwear feels premium and keeps its shape after washing.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought T shirts which were cheap and nasty when they arrived and I wish that I had never bought them and taken time to read the reviews on this company. To make a return you have to email them and then they don't respond. I am sure that I am wasting my time as having read reviews I find out that returns are to China at your expense! A con of a company that promotes itself as a high quality London store which it definitely is not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Update- after numerous emails where I was offered replacements and to keep the original items, 15 % refund to keep the items, I was finally given the return address in China and told it would be expensive to return items. I decided to cut my losses and request the 15 % refund and obviously I have heard nothing or received anything. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I would not recommend buying from Wilson and Carter. I ordered dresses believing I was purchasing from a London based retailer. The items took several weeks to arrive and were shipped from China. The dresses I received were nothing like the photographs on the website. The images showed textured embroidery, layered fabrics and high quality detailing. The actual dresses were made from thin polyester with the embroidery and lace effect simply printed onto the fabric. One of the dresses also arrived with a mark. When I contacted customer service and provided photographs comparing the advertised products with what I received, I requested a full refund. Instead, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds while being allowed to keep the items. When I declined, I was told I would have to pay approximately 30 to 50 US dollars per item to return them to China before a refund would even be considered. In my experience, the products did not match the advertising, and the cost of returning them made obtaining a refund unrealistic. I have therefore had to ask my credit card provider to investigate the matter through the chargeback process. My advice is to read the returns policy very carefully before ordering and be aware that returns may need to be sent to China at your own expense.

The kaftan shown on the website looked beautiful: a vintage-style robe with delicate plum blossom prints, graceful batwing sleeves, and a soft, flowing fabric. What I received was not similar at all. The design, quality, and overall finish were completely different, and honestly, the item looked like something straight from Temu rather than the refined piece they advertised. The listing was misleading, and this purchase did not meet my expectations.
Seriously giving the 1 star is rather generous considering my disappointment. I have to now look for an alternative outfit with less that a week to my event. Poor!

T-shirt is soft, comfortable, and perfect for everyday wear.

I am just stating facts below based on my experience of ordering a number of different (women s)clothes

1. The website is misleading, the clothing is made abroad , possibly china
2. The products bear little resemblance to the photographs
3. Shoddily made -on one dress the zip was broken and another was not stitched properly.
4. The website gives no information on the materials . All cheap and uncomfortable to wear.
5. The colours run. Though the label may warn to wash separately. I tried to iron a (just arrived )dress but the material scrunched so I steamed it. Put it on and sat down on a cream coloured sofa. The dark blue colour seeped through leaving a mark on the sofa.
6. Not all products have labels
7. The website states it is easy to return items and get refunds.
8. You do not get full refund .
9. You have to pay to return - not just postage fee, but have to pay a hefty amount to return.
10. On a positive note the support team do respond quickly.

This website is so misleading. Looks great and impression it has a west end store. It’s a complete con. Evertything comes from China eventually and is really rubbish quality. Customer service team try to fob you off with 10% off if you keep as cleaning rags. I would use this stuff to do my cleaning!

Do not make the mistake I did by using this unscrupulous firm. I’m going to report them to trading standards is it’s a complete fake
