Buying ticket for Watford FC

Extremely disappointed with trying to buy tickets for a Christmas experience for my family. Fair enough that everyone has to have an fan ID number but when I try to create one for somebody else (so it will be a Christmas surprise) the system will not accept the same email. After hours of frustration trying to get the system to work I have now given up. Surely Watford FC should be making it simpler for people to buy tickets, particularly as presents? Perhaps the club would like to respond with a way round this problem?
