This review is referencing Pro One's… home filtration system

This review is referencing Pro One's appalling CUSTOMER "SERVICE".
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
The system arrived after full paid purchase, MISSING 2 key components. The very small silicone plugs necessary for the system to even be tested. After 4 different attempts to contact the company (via written complaint, for the record) and requests to make my order complete, TO UTTER silence in response, I came here to offer a review. Despite the efficacy of their product, (Who TF would know if it cannot even be tested?!) I will NEVER advise anyone to purchase one of these, in fact I will be sure to direct them elsewhere as I've chosen to do. AWFUL!
