I approached Waterhouse designs, cyprian listen what I wanted in my kitchen and what can be done. All the work and procedures was explained. Work started accordingly to what was explained. I had kitchen finished in time and is satisfied with peace of mind 🙏

We approached Waterhouse Designs as we had a leaking & mouldy shower room. They visited, measured up, designed a redeveloped room and priced up all the materials. They explained that the room had never been properly lined to make it waterproof and that it needed heating and airflow to dry out between uses. The team that did the work were very professional. They stripped out the old room completely, insulated the outside walls, lined the room with waterproof lining and then put the new shower materials in. They were knowledgeable on the modern materials that they were using and explained what they were doing and where they expected to get to each day. They worked hard and were very respectful towards us and being in our home. They left us tidy each day. We are extremely pleased with the new shower room, it not only looks lovely, it is professionally finished, works perfectly and doesn't leak at all. It dries off quickly after use and seems to have solved all the previous problems. Thank you to Waterhouse Designs.

Cyprian did everything possible to meet our requirements. He sourced the best colour for the cabinets despite the fact that we did not want an ‘in vogue colour’. He made constructive suggestions to our preferred layout. He was with us every step of the way, he came on site to ensure delivery was spot on, he provided the fitters with very detailed plans which showed exactly where items such as infills should go. He came on site to discuss slight adjustments. He responded to queries sent by text or phone promptly. Everything was done with a smile on his face. No hesitation in recommending Waterhouse Designs to others.

I have used Waterhouse designs couple of years ago to renovate my bathrooms involving removing weight bearing wall. Cyprian, owner of Waterhouse Designs was personally involved from the first day until completion. He organised everything for me and found me material on reasonably prices and oversaw every part of the work. Workmen he provided were amazing- skill-full, punctual and respectful.
We still proudly show our bathrooms to our friends and family.

We have recently approached him for some more work need doing which he kindly have accepted to do for us.

Waterhouse designs made our dream kitchen a reality

I ordered my kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom from Waterhouse designs. Cyprian was very accommodating to my design wishes and helped me enormously. The 3D designs he created were great too. I would like to recommend Waterhouse designs for sourcing individual brands and for individual service. It is an excellent company and I would use them again for any future project.
