My experience is about the same as most…

My experience is about the same as most on here. Ordered November 15th and never received shipping email, so I emailed them in December and they respond that their fulfillment center was waiting for the rest of the shipment to come in and that it should ship in a few days. In January, I tried calling them, left a message, never heard from them. In February, I tried to contact them again, still no response. Now here in March, four months later, I sent another email. They responded that they were waiting for a few more items to arrive and they would send it to me. I asked for a refund and they said that they could not refund my money but they could issue a store credit. So I contacted my bank and told them of the situation and they refunded my money. So if you have a similar situation, there may be a way to retrieve your money through your bank, or other financial institution that you may have used to purchase product from this fraudulent company. I hope this helps!

Says "The Water Guy"/ Site says "the Water GuyS"..plural. Frauds all the way until the State Atty. General's Office.

Says "The Water Guy" & Site says "the Water Guys" & shows pix of a young family. Ohhh..Sooo cute. BUT NOT! Misrepresented at the start. This is a ploy & scam. Since Dec 2, 2020 I ordered their Bundle = 1 pitcher, 2 shower head filters & test kit. I checked after 3 weeks & they said a delay but be patient. Wrote again in Jan & Feb & they said I'm on "preferred shipping' list to receive in a few days & will tell when it ships. Says 'powered by Zendesk' but never give info- Zendesk is professionals & I think they're ripping off their good reputation too... writes back 'it's worst year of our lives' & be patient. Now they never call me to follow up & now just send back to me (as if it's their reply- but NOT) my own query to them. It's gotten that bad. NO MERCY now! They don't even ask if I want my $ back or tell really when this is shipping. Yet their site has phony pop ups of peeps around me buying items from them. IT HAS TO BE A SCAM & maybe from overseas. Cancelling order & complaint to their state & mine's Atty General Office. I'll not be getting a "hosing"...Creeps..They think we're stupid. We are to put up with this. I even asked them if they were in China due to delay & they said they R in USA. My atty. will find them out if they want to be "The Wise Guys"...

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM! BEWARE!
I ordered a pitcher and shower filters on line in September 2020. As of February 27, 2021, I have not received any items. Was told that it was on the way and checked the FedEx tracking information. Emailed the company about my missing order because its now Nov. 6th. On Nov 6, I told them that my shipment hadn't arrived. It was then that the hamster wheel began to spin. Dec 6 contacted them because there was STILL no delivery. That was when I learned they somehow had the wrong address.
I corrected it and was told that all would be well in about two weeks by Churchill. Prior to that date, Marillette was the rep responding to my emails. Repeatedly , she asked to wait by Marillete because of they had no inventory and a replenishment would occur in January. I waited with no word from them.
On Feb 24th I checked my phantom order and asked for a refund. On Feb 26th, I was offered store credit and refused as by now just give me my money. I needed to product, thus the patience. Marilette reiterated no refund, but an offer of credit. I bought what I wanted but they didn't deliver.
Called the number and got Crystal water who says they acquired the company! They couldn't find my name, corrected address, email, or telephone number.
The waterguy got me for $119 because PayPal did some express order for $49.99 which I am sure was a part of the fine print. So from $59 up to $119 with neither my permission nor any product. I'm waiting to hear why I can't have a full refund after waiting for nearly three months since the corrected address and since September when this whole SCAM began. Buy a house filter at Home Depot or Lowes and have a nice day. 👍

Zero Water Pitcher

Ordered a Zero Water pitcher and cartridges from an internet ad in November, 2020. As of today Feb 2,2021 have never received the product. Their customer service repeatedly sends out updates saying product not in stock but expected soon. I have asked for a refund but their policy is you must return product to get a refund, which is not possible since they have no product to ship. The did offer a store credit but I would not want to do further business with this company. Very frustrating that the company sells products it cannot deliver and will not cancel/refund money paid months ago. Did give 2 stars as customer service does respond when I request a delivery date. Although it always says not in stock no shipping date.
