On my arrival the reception team were very friendly and warm. Even though I arrived slightly early I wasn’t kept waiting as Mr Kazem Nassar greeted me. He was very professional and discussed all options of treatment to me. The treatment was completely painless and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Nassar and Waterfront Private Hospital.

Excellent appointment with Dr Ben Aldridge.
His caring manner and patience in listening to my concerns made me feel calm.
Dr Ben Aldridge very thoroughly explained his diagnosis. I was not rushed and I left the hospital feeling majorly reassured about my skin lesion and with the confidence to get back in touch if I had any more dermatological concerns.
I have already recommended the hospital to two friends.
A lovely, relaxing environment in the waiting area with highly efficient, helpful staff.

After a long time deciding I would spend a lot of money on something which has got me down for many years, I felt totally deflated following my consultation. I do not expect to look like I did in my 20's and did have realistic expectations, but I got the impression that the surgery would not make that much difference and the Consultant kept asking what are my expectations. I did not feel inspired by the Consultant and there was no real friendliness in her approach.
