I have had a waterdrop RO filter for about two years. The only trouble I have had was an internal leak. After contacting customer service and verifing the leak to their satisfaction, they shipped me a new replacement filter. My unit was out of warrenty and I expected to have to ship it in for repair. I was relived that Waterdrop replacet it. I would recomend Waterdrop filters. We have (small city) water and it sometimes has an oder without the filter. The filtered water makes great coffee and tea. THANK YOU ANNA customer Service rep!!!

I want to give a big shout-out to Siki and the customer service team for their excellent and incredibly fast service!

After purchasing an X Series system, I noticed a few days later that the price had dropped by $100. I contacted customer service to request a price match, and Siki immediately took care of my case and helped process the refund.

What impressed me most was the quick response time, both during the initial inquiry and through email follow-up. Siki also followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution.

I have the Waterdrop countertop model, which became faulty after 6 months. I received great service from, Kimberley at customer support. We went through various procedures to try and fix the problem, when these didn’t work they sent me a new replacement unit, a couple of days later, which is now working exactly as it should. It’s very true what the reviews say about the positive experience customers have with Waterdrop. I am very happy.

If you are looking for an affordable way to have safe water to drink then you need to get one of these Waterdrop filter systems. They are easy to install and you don't need to be a plumber. I also want to complement their customer service team. They were very helpful and responsive to my needs, and Doreen would get my vote on her ability to go above what is asked of her.

I have had a Waterdrop X12 filter installed for almost two years without issues. Recently, I have had water quality and flow issues since changing the X2 and X3 cartridges, and I decided to contact support for guidance. Anna was very quick to respond and has been able to help me greatly by first asking for several specific details, photos and video about my filter, which I provided, and then Anna responded with troubleshooting steps and solution tasks. I followed these, resulting in some improvement in the filter's performance.

I work for a Plumbing and Heating Company and ordered a Waterdrop Under Sink Water Filtration System. Ordering was very simple; delivery was fast and the aftercare customer service was amazing and responded to me request within 24 hours. My customer cancelled our job 2 days before install and the customer service department dealt with my situation in a completely professional way and understood that customers can change their mind without any issues.

Fair to say, I was underwhelmed by the unit. It looks nice but performs poorly.
Firstly the jug. It sits in sunlight all day getting warm but remove it to put in the fridge and you can't use the machine, which fails to operate should the jug be absent. The chilled water doesn't feel chilled and I get cooler water after running the tap for 30 seconds. The hot water even after setting it to the max 95c doesn't really feel hot compared to the kettle and as I like milk in my tea, it cools really quickly, it also takes longer to infuse the tea from a teabag. None of this compares to the faff over the flush. After using it moderately over 3 days (2 people) it insisted on a flush. The poor instructions meant I couldn't get the flush feature to work after holding the droplet button for 5 seconds (it just beeps). I even looked for YouTube videos to help but found none. The only suggestion on the internet was to turn it off and on again, so an hour later after refiling the tank numerous times and emptying the jug even more, I got it working again. I'm just glad I hadn't thrown out my kettle. If I could return it I would.

Our system is so efficient and easy maintain. The water here is not pleasant and we can now drink water from the faucet. Lene was awesome!

Since it has three filters you will experience s little pressure drop on the full cold setting, otherwise great. Easy to install.

I had issues with the redemption of my reward points. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of dealing with Beria G., who provided outstanding service with great diligence, the highest level of professionalism, and genuine compassion.
After the issue was resolved, he also sent me a thoughtful gift, which was a very kind and appreciated gesture and a lovely reflection of the care and consideration he showed throughout the entire process. Beria deserves 6/5 big shining stars. However, while the reward point is a great way of building customer loyalty, the redemption process lacks clarity and transparency, and for this reason I give it 3 stars. It appears that there may be a limit on the number of reward points that can be redeemed per purchase or based on the purchase amount, but this is not clearly explained in the policies policies. Once a certain undefined threshold is reached, additional point redemptions will be blocked even though the points are still deducted.
A clear redemption policy and greater transparency would be very helpful for customers and would only enhance the company’s reputation.
